With the progress of modern society,people pay more and more attention to education in kindergartens.Parents pay more and more attention to education in kindergartens.From the birth policy launched by the state in recent years to the education policy and regulations successively issued by the competent departments of education,it indicates that the state and society have a huge demand for education for children.The state has increased investment in pre-school education at the present stage,but it is still far from enough to meet the actual needs of the people.Therefore,developing education and encouraging the establishment of private kindergartens have become the primary measures to solve practical problems at this stage.In this historical stage,it is an opportunity and a great challenge for preschool educators.In the face of this critical period of history,as a management research discipline of education,I am well aware of my responsibilities and mission and feel the burden on me.In the recent years of study and life,I feel that private kindergartens spring up like mushrooms after mushrooms,but the problems that follow are endless.Through the theoretical and practical experience of education management expertise,I try to solve the difficulties encountered by the managers of private kindergartens in teacher management.After investigation and research,found that private kindergarten teachers in the management of a series of problems,bring the kindergarten managers is very big,serious impact on the private kindergarten education quality,the parents complain that children in crying,teachers in helplessness,director for a series of helpless let me duty-bound to choose the research direction,hope from the perspective of management leading private kindergarten managers out of the woods as soon as possible,realize the private kindergarten and the harmonious development of the public kindergarten,together to serve the society.This research topic is to shenyang shengjing preschool education group's three private kindergartens as the research object,the focus from the real state of private early childhood teachers management research,this paper seek influenced the stability of the teachers in the management of private kindergarten teachers in a series of factors,constantly through practice for solving measures for the administration of private kindergarten teachers liquidity big hope private kindergarten administrators can bring some reference and operable method,to solve practical problems.This study mainly adopts the methods of case analysis,questionnaire survey and literature research to investigate the current situation and causes,and finally puts forward some Suggestions.The author focus on the private kindergarten teachers management actual situation,investigated the shengjing kindergarten this private kindergarten teachers of objective factors such as age,educational background,the holder,and through the questionnaire survey form of the actual state of shengjing kindergarten teacher management,found that large private kindergarten teachers like shengjing kindergarten management existing in the management of the high cost of serious erosion,loss of teachers' title promotion,teachers,lack of teachers' professionaldevelopment,combined with the status quo and problem analysis of the deep level reason,its reason mainly embodies in four aspects,one is the social cognitive deviation of private kindergarten teachers,2 it is the government administrative department of education to the kindergarten private kindergarten regulatory scope is limited,in particular,three is the management of private kindergarten itself reason,most managers lack the ability of scientific management,depend entirely on experience management does not conform to the needs of the present private kindergarten teachers management.Fourth,teachers in private kindergartens have insufficient understanding of themselves and the nature of their work.After all of a variety of reasons,with the aid of two-factor theory,fair theory and the hierarchy of needs the three management theory and knowledge,find a solution to the cracking of private kindergarten teachers management dilemma some strategies,strategy mainly from the national level,we will improve the system of management;Private kindergartens should improve the scientific management level of managers and provide development opportunities and space for teachers.Teachers should develop their own learning and professional skills.Through the joint action of three aspects,solve the problems in the management of private kindergartens.
