| Approaches to Learning is not only an important content of children’s school preparation,but the core problem-solving,criticism and innovation,independent action and other abilities and qualities of "21st Century Ability" must be based on the development of Approaches to Learning.Under the "Guide to Learning and Development for Children aged 3-6" issued by the Ministry of Education in 2012,my country clearly emphasized the importance of cultivating children’s Approaches to Learning.Regional games are important scenarios and support conditions for promoting children’s active play and promoting the development of their Approaches to Learning.The current kindergarten learning method is still based on teacher teaching,allowing children to practice and repeat learning repeatedly,ignoring the active learning method of preschool learning in games,especially the development of children’s learning quality in games.This research mainly takes the children in the large class of L kindergarten in Chi Feng City,Inner Mongolia as the survey object.The observation method is used to observe and record the behavior of 4 children and 3 teachers in the entire area of the game.The behavior of the entire game is questioned through the interview method.In the form of cases,analyze in detail the performance characteristics,influencing factors and support strategies of children’s Approaches to Learning in large classes in the current regional games.This research explores the performance characteristics of the Approaches to Learning of children’s interest and curiosity,initiative,persistence and concentration,imagination and creativity,and interpretation and reflection in regional games,as follows: Interest and curiosity are expressed as interest and observation And asking questions;initiative is manifested in determining themes,problem-solving and cooperation;concentration and persistence are manifested in implementing themes,focusing attention and overcoming difficulties;imagination and creativity are manifested in originality,flexibility and novelty;interpretation and reflection Performance is to review and apply,obtain new information and share.At the same time,it is also found that some children have some problems in the development of Approaches to Learning: first,lack of observation and questioning ability;second,insufficient problem-solving ability;third,difficulty in focusing and overcoming difficulties;fourth,lack of originality and flexibility;Fifth,the ability of expression and reflection needs to be improved.In response to the above problems,the main factors affecting the development of children’s Approaches to Learning in large classes are analyzed from the aspects of regional game characteristics,individual factors of children,teacher-child relationship,and peer relationship.Promote children’s Approaches to Learning and put forward the following suggestions: establish a correct outlook on children,play and learning;create a regional game environment that meets the needs of children’s physical and mental development;release rich,interesting and inquiring regional game materials,and strengthen communication and interaction between peers,Comprehensive multiple ways to flexibly guide the intervention of the game,encourage children to share game stories in a variety of ways,promote communication and reflection,and other strategies to support the development of various dimensions of Approaches to Learning for children in large classes. |
