Effective performance management can improve the level of human resources management,stimulate the enthusiasm of staff,help enterprises to further increase revenue,so that enterprises can survive in the fierce competition and achieve long-term development.At present,domestic enterprises pay much attention to performance management.According to their own conditions,enterprises have established a variety of performance management systems for human resources assessment management.However,according to the current application of Business performance management,some Business performance management systems have not achieved the expected results and can not mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,which greatly affects the development space of enterprises.This paper takes the performance management of a company as an example,after understanding and summarizing the research direction and theoretical results of performance management at home and abroad,analyzes a company,and finds some problems,if the decomposition of Department manager’s performance index is not in line with company’s performance index,the decomposition of Department Post Index is not in line with department’s Performance Index,the Post Index can not accurately reflect the creation of post value,and the link of employee’s performance management is missing,this is very detrimental to the proper feedback of performance.This paper analyzes the causes of the problem from both an enterprise and an individual,using assessment tools such as performance indicator,balanced Scorecard,and Mbo,The optimization scheme is put forward: update the criteria and ideas of performance management,optimize the design of new performance management scheme,the implementation of performance management measures.In order to know the feedback of performance management,most of the staff think that the managers begin to attach importance to performance management and are satisfied with it.The optimized performance management system proposed in this paper is not only beneficial to the standard governance of company A,but also to the improvement of company a’s operating condition and overall performance,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to the development of education and training enterprises.
