Research On The Effect Of Employment Poverty Alleviation In Hejing County From The Perspective Of Multiple Coordination

With the in-depth development of precision poverty alleviation,general poverty alleviation and "blood transfusion" poverty alleviation can no longer meet the needs of reality.In the critical stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,exploring a sustainable "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation method has become the key problem to be solved urgently.Poverty alleviation through employment,as the most effective and direct way out of poverty,can lead the poor labor force out of poverty and become rich quickly.It is an inevitable choice for the current poverty alleviation to enter the decisive period.Taking Hejing County in Xinjiang as the research area,this paper uses participatory poverty alleviation theory,cooperative anti-poverty theory and performance evaluation theory to study the effectiveness of employment poverty alleviation in Hejing County,aiming at promoting the smooth progress of employment poverty alleviation in Hejing County,and providing experience for poor counties and cities in Xinjiang.Based on the analysis of the current situation of poverty alleviation through precision and employment in Hejing County,through literature reading and on-the-spot investigation,five secondary indicators including policy formulation,labor skills training,satisfaction with local government,satisfaction with enterprises and social assistance,and satisfaction with employment positions are determined.Based on this,an evaluation model for the effectiveness of poverty alleviation through employment in Hejing County is established and a general conclusion is drawn.As the employment and poverty alleviation work in Hejing County is not yet mature,there are still some problems in the implementation process due to insufficient coordination of all parties and asymmetric information.From the perspective of multiple synergy,this paper finds out the existing problems from the four levels of government,enterprises,social organizations and individual poor laborers,and puts forward the following suggestions:First,give full play to the leading role of the government in various affairs,and build a poverty alleviation team gathering all forces.Second,give full play to the driving effect of enterprises and increase the planning and determination to participate in employment and poverty alleviation.Third,mobilize social participation and intensify social assistance.Fourth,solve the ideological poverty problem of the poor labor force and enhance their participation awareness and employment enthusiasm.It is hoped that this will continue to improve the employment and poverty alleviation work in Hejing County,provide a stable employment and poverty alleviation method for the poor labor force,and provide a reference for the formulation of employment and poverty alleviation policies in Hejing County.
