Study On Employment Poverty Alleviation In Baicheng County

Poverty alleviation through employment is one of the most effective and direct ways of poverty alleviation.In the long-term process of solving the problem of intergenerational transmission of poverty through the transfer of poor labor force,poverty alleviation through employment helps to promote the pace of poverty alleviation.It is an important way for deep poverty areas to build a moderately prosperous society on schedule,an important measure to give full play to the rich advantages of local labor force,and a fundamental measure to achieve social stability and long-term stability.After the transfer of employment and poverty alleviation was listed as a special chapter in 2016,the issue of poverty alleviation through employment has become a hot research issue.At present,because the research on employment poverty alleviation focuses on qualitative and macro analysis,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research from the quantitative and micro level.In this study,qualitative and quantitative methods are used to study the employment poverty alleviation in Baicheng county.This study takes Baicheng County as the research area,on the basis of comprehensively mastering and analyzing the implementation status and achievements of employment Poverty Alleviation Policies in Baicheng County,uses the binary regression method to analyze the influencing factors of poor labor force transfer and employment in Baicheng County,so as to determine the degree of each factor affecting the poor labor force transfer and employment in Baicheng County,and finds out the existing Department of Baicheng county at this stage based on the analysis results According to the problems of the poor labor force’s own development capacity,unstable employment,unbalanced industrial structure,limited employment capacity,high pressure on local employment,and the emphasis on form and light effect of training,the corresponding suggestions are put forward in combination with the actual situation of Baicheng County,in order to provide some reference for Baicheng county to further improve the employment poverty alleviation policy.
