The problem of poverty in rural areas is an obstacle of building a well-off society in an all-round way in China,and China is in a stage of poverty alleviation.Under the background of taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation,Combination of Industrial poverty alleviation,Industry poverty alleviation and Social poverty alleviation are playing active roles.Transfer employment provides a "hematopoietic" approach to help the poor to reduce the number of poor people.In order to better implement the transfer of employment,to have a deep understanding of the role of this approach to the poor,we should research on the satisfaction of rural poor groups to the transfer employment.Based on the data of investigated the rural poverty groups in G County,The paper use statistical methods of variance analysis,factor analysis,logistic regression analysis,etc.The paper makes a systematic study on the current situation of the rural poor groups' satisfaction with transfer employment.From the theoretical point of view,which is conducive to existing research on poverty alleviation and transfer employment satisfaction,in practical terms,not only provides guidance for the transfer of employment and poverty alleviation,but also provide a basis for rural poverty alleviation.First,the paper introduces the background and significance,and comes up with the employment satisfaction and targeted poverty alleviation related research.On this basis,the paper puts forward the main research methods,and puts forward the innovation and technical route.Secondly,the paper defines the relevant concepts and analyzes the new public service theory and empowerment theory.Third,the paper summed up the background of poverty relief in Liaocheng and the basic situation of G County.According to research direction and literature review,author formed questionnaire.In the fifth part of this study,authors Analyzes data obtained from field survey,and conclude the transfer employment satisfaction of rural poor groups is composed of five dimensions: the government behavior of satisfaction,the job itself of satisfaction,the work return of satisfaction,the working relationship of satisfaction and the fulfillment of satisfaction.Lastly,the paper draws the conclusion and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.The results show that: First,the transfer employment satisfaction of the poor is in the medium high level;Second,the personal characteristics of the rural poor groups affect their satisfaction with the transfer of employment,such as age,education level,the number of years of employment;The work reward,the work relations and the work itself have thepositive promoter action to the countryside impoverished population to accept the transfer employment satisfaction.According to the research results,This article mainly from the government behavior,work itself,work return,work relationship and the fulfillment of five aspects of countermeasures to improve the transfer of employment satisfaction of impoverished rural population,mainly to implement precise identification;strengthen the construction of poverty alleviation,improve poverty alleviation assistance personnel training;rural poor labor employment should be based on their own advantages;enterprises to establish the reasonable salary system,people-oriented;the enthusiasm of the specific suggestions to improve the poor labor to participate in job training,job skills training,etc..
