In recent years,China has put forward the idea of building a strong educational country,vigorously developing vocational education,encouraging schools and enterprises to cooperate in running schools and innovate the running system of vocational education,and deepening the education reform,which is to adapt to the development of the times and meet the needs of society for highly skilled personnel.At the same time,in the process of practical development,there are still many deficiencies in vocational education,especially the problem of insufficient attractiveness of vocational education has not been effectively solved.It is urgent to solve the major problem to run vocational education well,gradually enhance the attractiveness of vocational education and make it more adaptable meet the needs of society and market.As a new cooperative mode of vocational education,the order class of secondary vocational education is the most direct and effective bridge that the state tries to build between schools and enterprises.Through the targeted student training of order class,it can provide enterprises with more qualified and effective talents.In the face of this group of secondary vocational order class students without employment pressure,how to increase their enthusiasm in class,improve the serious lack of learning motivation has become a real problem that teachers must face.Some relevant questionnaire surveys and interviews,on order class students’ learning motivation in secondary vocational school,have been done between the relevant leaders,teachers and students for understanding the present situation of order class students in secondary vocational schools.On this basis,the students in order class of a vocational and technical school have been observed for about one year,and individual interviews have been conducted at the same time,trying to understand the students’ learning motivation and the factors affecting their learning motivation.It is found that the learning motivation of students in order class of secondary vocational schools is affected by many factors,such as gender,major,birthplace,self-efficacy and psychological factors.In the learning process,it presents a different form of expression.On the basis of the survey results,this paper analyzes the reasons for the students’ lack of learning motivation from the aspects of students’ personal quality,school,family and society.Combining with previous studies and personal data observed and investigated in teaching,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to stimulate the learning motivation of order class students,in view of the performance of insufficient learning motivation in the learning process and the related reasons in the investigation and interview.These suggestions are put forward from the students’ personal aspect,the school,the family and the society.From the perspective of students,we should attach importance to the psychological construction of students,set up the correct view of learning and employment,and activate students’ interest in learning in various aspects.In terms of schools,it is mainly proposed from the aspects of optimizing teaching management mode,including strengthening confidence education,strengthening career planning,increasing the proportion of practical training,strengthening daily management,and introducing elimination mechanism.In terms of optimization of family environment and social atmosphere,this research is mainly discussed from strengthening parent-school communication,improving the employment environment of the secondary order class,forming better social atmosphere,perfecting the education policy of secondary vocational class order and strengthening social propaganda,which put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to find effective ways to improve and solve the order class students’ learning motivation.
