Research On The Application Of Case Management In The Employment And Poverty Alleviation Of The Rural Poor Labor Force

Employment is the biggest livelihood of the people.By promoting the rural labor employment,poverty is advantageous to the realization of the rural poor out of poverty for a long time.Poverty Alleviation through employment is one of the most important aspects of the crucial period accurate poverty alleviation poverty and positive results have been achieved.However,for the complicated problems of poor labor force and multiple demands,there is a lack of professional working methods in the employment during the poverty alleviation work,make the employment poverty did not achieve the optimal effect.Case management,as a comprehensive method of social work,which is suitable for service objects with complex problems and multiple requirements.This method is scientific,systematic and flexible and has certain advantages in saving costs,integrating resources,improving efficiency and so on,which can make up for some deficiencies in employment and poverty alleviation work.During the internship in the public employment service agencies of J County,Jiang Xi province,with methods of questionnaire survey,interview and literature analysis,the author learned about the overall situation of the poverty alleviation through employment.Since then,the author elaborate the feasibility and necessity of poverty alleviation briefly.A rural poor labor from J County who selected as the service object,the author tries to use the method of case management to help her out off the dilemma.Through an in-depth interview and case analysis,the result shows that the rural labor force families face the problems like lack of labor force,high unemployment risk,and low professional skill.According to the specific problems of the service object and demand,the author made a detailed service plan,through the intervention of case management,help the service object and objective analysis of their own environment and advantage,combing the resources of social ecological system of the system,through the connection and coordination,advocacy,prompting support resources and effective interaction,enhance the confidence and ability to support system resources of the service object itself,improve the ability of eliminating trouble and efficiency.Practice has proved that accurate poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics can be effectively combined with western social work.With the help of case management,it is more effective to help the poor rural labor force in employment.At the same time,the social worker can pay attention to the difficulties and intervene in time during the whole service process.Therefore the introduction and application of the methods of social work to the poverty alleviation is necessary.
