Problems And Countermeasures Of Financial Management In Universities Under The Background Of Informatization

With the continuous development of information technology,the continuous development of higher education,the deepening reform of education system,and the substantial increase in investment in financial education,the task of using good educational funds has become more prominent.Universities are required to constantly improve the financial management system,implement comprehensive budget management,strengthen supervision,guard against financial risks,and realize the scientific and meticulous financial management.At present,the traditional financial management mode of universities can not meet the requirements of the financial management of universities under the information background,and there are many deficiencies.In order to solve the problems existing in the financial management of universities,it is urgent to reform the management mode and application innovation of universities by means of information technology,so as to adapt to the development of universities in different periods.In this paper,a large number of empirical studies have been done with reference to a large amount of literature.This paper selects a comprehensive university,Ningbo University,as a research object to analyze and evaluate,and summarizes the current problems of comprehensive universities in china.It expounds the relevant concepts of university financial management and the related theoretical basis.Through the analysis of the development process of financial management and the necessity of information management in Ningbo University,the present situation of financial management in Ningbo University is summarized.Although the rapid development of information technology has brought a great deal of help to the financial management of Ningbo University,it also shows the shortage of the actual financial management.Traditional management concepts and systems have been unable to meet the needs of modern and complex,and there are many problems,such as lack of real time and accuracy of thefinancial informationcommunication,the shortage of professionals in the field of financial information,the low level of intelligence in the budget system,the lack of flexibility in the information exchange between the funds and payment systems,the impact of financial management on the internal control of universities,the poor of standardization and sharing of financial information,and the security risks of university financial information.In view of the above problems,then it discusses the solution to the current problems related to university financial management ideas and suggestions.The implementation of information management in university finance helps to improve the economic situation of institutions of higher learning,to ensure the realization of revenue and expenditure budget,to ensure the safety and integrity of the assets,to improve the performance of the use of funds,and to promote the sharing and integration of resources.It provides a reliable basis for scientific decision-making.This paper is based on the research of financial information management in Ningbo University.In this paper,the child is father of the man,aims to explore new reform of financial management in universities under the background of informatization.I hope it will serve as a guide and reference for the management practice and development of universities.
