Special-post teachers as a newly-emerged community have improved the education quality of rural school and enriched the team construction of rural teachers,which has paid close attention to the current education.Paying attention to the plight of teachers' professional development and promoting the benign development of their professional,not only relate to the teachers' growth and development,but also facilitate the change of the behindhand education in rural areas,improve the quality of education in the local schools,improve the overall quality of students and improve the quality of rural education.But in fact,learning that special-post teachers encountered some difficulties and it is urgent to strengthen and promote the professional development of special-post teachers.Through the investigation indicated that the entry motivation of Yan'an special-post teacher is not clear,and various aspects of the professional ability should be strengthened and improved.In addition to these,practical factors in the surrounding environment will stop the teachers' development,such as,the narrow way of the professional development,lack of induction training and few training opportunities as well as poor efficiency and weak self-professional development consciousness.Therefore from the perspective of macro and micro,from the policy level,school level and its own level,this research respectively investigate the shortage of Yan'an rural special-post teachers' professional development,and puts forward corresponding suggestions respectively.Policy level: perfecting policy guarantee system,optimize the environment of professional development;school level: promoting the teacher professional development of the internal system;own level: improving the professional identity of teachers,strengthen their consciousness of professional development and offering detailed countermeasures and suggestions at every level.The research based on the teachers' professional developmental theory,using documentation,interview and questionnaire analysis,it is tries to objectively reflect the real situation of special-post teachers' professional development.The study is to investigate the current situation and then analyze the origin of problems,and finally offer advisement for improving teachers' team construction and promoting the professional development of special-post teachers.
