| People’Bank of China as the central bank takes responsibilitise of monetary policy,financial regulation and financial service.It becomes an important issue for Grassroots People’Bank of China that how to implementation development strategy of professional talents,especially how to design and optimization the training path of professional talents.From the human resource construction of People’Bank of China point of view,the condition of professional talents development direct influence the duties performance of Grassroots People’Bank of China.Nowdays,from the perspective of work pratice,because of the influence of traditional personnel management,the professional talents development hasn’t introduced the idea of human resource management.The policy making and implementation of management measures is still very extensive.This article takes the view of human resource management in public sector,for the sample of People’ Bank of China JN baranch.Using the demand hierarchy theory,career development theory and human captial theory to analysis and research the problems of the professional talents development in Grassroots People’Bank of China.This paper bases on empirical research and introduces the ideas of human resource management in public sector.It presents the policy suggestions of professional talents development. |
