Kindergarten teachers' class management style refers to the usual way of thinking and behavior that preschool teachers display when they organize and coordinate class activities.Most domestic and foreign studies on class management style have focused on primary and secondary school teachers.Kindergarten teachers are in a relatively neglected position.The division of types is again based on the personality characteristics of teachers,and many of them are theoretical studies.However,the study found that the class management style of preschool teachers is of great significance to children's cognitive development,personality development,and social development.To this end,it is necessary to carry out targeted research on the characteristics and types of class management styles for preschool teachers.According to the different levels of kindergartens,this study randomly selected kindergarten teachers of different levels,a total of 300,through the self-preparation of "the characteristics and types of kindergarten teacher class management style" questionnaire.The questionnaire structure includes four dimensions: teacher affinity,teacher concern,teacher motivation,and teacher reflexivity.400 questionnaires were returned,of which 370 were valid and the effective rate was 92.5%.The tested Alpha reliability is 0.955.At the same time,27(3×3×3)preschool teachers from small,medium and large classes were randomly selected from the questionnaires to conduct interviews and observe them at the same time.The results show:1.The current overall level of preschool teacher class management style is better,among which preschool teachers have the best level of affinity,follow-up and motivation are closely followed,and the level of reflection is unsatisfactory.Preschool teacher's class management style has different demographic variables.These differences are shown in the following aspects:(1)There is a significant difference in the teacher's age in the classroom management style of preschool teachers.The teacher classroom management style changes with the increase of the teaching age,among which the teacher's teaching age has the highest overall score in 1-3 years,and the teacher's teaching age has the lowest score in 7-10 years..(2)Reflectiveness of preschool teachers' class management on the type of kindergarten: The reflective management of preschool teachers in public parks is significantly better than that of private kindergarten teachers.3.The class management style of preschool teachers can be divided into three categories: “indulgence type”,“old yellow bull type” and “ideological type”,among which “ideological” teachers have the highest level,followed by “old yellow cattle” teachers,and “independent types”."The level of teachers is the lowest,and each type is significantly different.The characteristics and types of class management styles of kindergarten teachers were combined with the discussion.In the proposal section,various factors such as teachers' own factors,kindergartens and other factors were considered to provide targeted and effective suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problems we face today.The problem.
