| According to relevant surveys,it is predicted that depression may become the world’s largest burden of mental illness by 2030,and the incidence of depression in the normal population is increasing,especially in university students who have a tendency to be depressed but do not show depressive symptoms.Surveys by international organizations such as CASEL and the OECD have shown that social-emotional competence has an important impact on depression,and depression can be effectively alleviated by improving the social-emotional competence of people with high self-esteem.It shows that social emotional ability and emotion regulation self-efficacy have a positive effect on depression,but at present,most of the relevant foreign studies are meta-studies,and there is no relevant empirical research to clarify its specific impact path,resulting in a lack of theoretical basis to guide the relevant work of alleviating depression in university students.Today,college students lack accurate cognition of their social-emotional competence and lack of confidence in effectively regulating their emotional state,resulting in increasing depression.Therefore,exploring the mechanism of the influence of social-emotional competence on depression will enable more targeted measures to be developed in the prevention and intervention of depression.Therefore,by exploring the positive effects of social-emotional competence and emotional regulation of self-efficacy on depression,this study points out the direction for university students who are suffering from depression on campus to break free of bad emotions.To investigate the influence of social emotional competence on depression path and emotional regulation self-efficacy in the mediation between social emotional competence and college students depression,this study using flow center with depression scale,emotional regulation self-efficacy scale and social emotional competence questionnaire to comprehensive class,science and technology,normal three types of 992 university students.The results found that:(1)depression was universal,the detection rate of depression tendency was 45.06%,boys than girls;(2)social-emotional competence,emotional regulation self-efficacy,interpersonal communication skills,DES(depression / distress)and depression;(3)emotional regulation self-efficacy was partially mediated between social-emotional competence and depression.According to the research conclusion summarized the following educational enlightenment:(1)pay attention to the universality and difference of university students depression,make targeted improvement,such as ideological,routine depression tests of university students;(2)improve social and emotional competence,optimize interpersonal skills,and pay attention to social and emotional competence development and mental health level,and make targeted improvement measures according to the specific situation of boys;(3)enhance emotional regulation self-efficacy,establish the confidence to regulate depression and pain,focus on improving the psychological state of master students. |
