| With the rapid development of computer technology in twenty-first Century,artificial intelligence,Internet plus,cloud computing and so on are changing people’s learning mode.The transformation of economic development to digital revolution has had a tremendous impact on higher education and teaching reform.In order to adapt to the constantly changing and modern teaching requirements,especially in the context of the rapid development of online education and COVID-19,colleges and universities are facing a huge challenge of mixed teaching reform under the new normal.Starting from the analysis of research background,this thesis analyses some related theories and basic elements of blended learning based on blended learning theory,educational ecology theory,organizational management theory and connectivism theory to lay a theoretical foundation for following analysis of some related elements of blended teaching management of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province.At the same time,it makes an in-depth study on the blended teaching and management of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province by using methods of literature research,investigation research and case analysis.First of all,this thesis introduces the current situation of blended teaching of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province from two aspects of blended teaching development and blended teaching effect.Secondly,it makes an investigation and analysis on the current situation of blended teaching development in colleges and universities of Heilongjiang province from related policy,teacher construction,resource investment,curriculum construction and practical operation of blended teaching combined with research data.By objective analysis of related status quo,it provides a necessary and scientifically empirical basis for the analysis of the problems and causes of blended teaching of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province.Through investigation and research,it is found that there are some problems in the blended teaching management of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province:issues of teaching management concept and supervisory and incentive mechanism;insufficient funds investment for blended teaching construction;weakness of teachers’ teaching skills affecting the effective implementation of blended teaching;inadequacy of resource integration and lack of participation of information technology enterprises;elective courses not meeting the requirement of blended teaching;inadequacy of blended teaching supervision and big data utilization affecting teaching effects.Based on the problem analysis of blended teaching management of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province,this paper analyses the causes of problems mainly from the perspectives of policy implementation guarantee,funds channels,development and construction of elective courses,teachers’ incentive mechanism and capacity of cross-border integration.Based on reference to khan college teaching management,Harvard University public class teaching management,Chinese university MOOC teaching management experience,etc.this thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of blended teaching of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province from the perspectives of government,colleges and universities,as well as enterprises including:① strengthening the impetus function of government and relevant departments,such as improving policy detail to implementation for blended learning,establishing reward and punishment mechanism for incentive and supervision,increasing financial investment and strengthening multiple financing capacity and implementing teaching reform of higher education;②improving initiative of colleges and universities to facilitate blended teaching,such as updating philosophy to improve supervision and evaluation mechanism,facilitating teacher training of blended teaching skills,expanding international channels of blended teaching and taking full advantages of SPOC and MOOC to increase elective courses;③playing dominant role of information technology enterprises to facilitate blended learning,such as facilitating information technology enterprises to participate in curriculum construction for colleges and universities,promoting information technology enterprises to participate in teaching project cooperation,establishing long-term cooperation mechanisms between information technology enterprises and higher education institutions and facilitating information technology enterprises to participate in blended teaching activity;④ enhancing promotion of blended teaching implementation,such as establishing service institution of professional and digital teaching,establishing teaching organization for management and promotion,strengthening standard construction,evaluation and examination of teaching and facilitating interdisciplinary cross-organizational alliance among colleges and universities for teaching resources sharing.Finally,the thesis draws the main following conclusions:① the largest problem of blended teaching management of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province is lack of top-level design;②cross-organizational alliance among colleges and universities is an important means to solve the insufficient resources of blended teaching of colleges and universities;③the participation of information technology enterprises is a powerful guarantee to effectively improve the quality of blended teaching;④strengthen the practice of multielement integrated teaching is the key to the sustainable development of blended teaching;⑤expanding international channels of blended teaching is an important way to solve the bottleneck development of blended teaching. |
