The Current Investigation And Research Concerning The Primary School Career Education Implementation Ways

In recent years,China attaches more and more attention to the development of primary school career education.Adopting varieties of primary school career education implementation ways can help students improve self cognition,understand the value of selfgrowth and life,learn about the working world initially and learn to link the knowledge with real life,which is beneficial to cultivate student' s consciousness of lifelong learning and development.However,according to the existing researches in China,there are few specialized investigations and studies on the primary school career education implementation ways in China,which can be seen that the primary school career education implementation ways have not received adequate attention.Through the literature research method,the research studied the relevant data of the primary school career education implementation ways at home and abroad,and summarized three main implementation ways including the classroom teaching of primary school career education,the extracurricular career education activities of primary school and the career counseling and guidance of primary school.Through the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,taking the five primary schools in Shijiazhuang city as examples to investigate the current situation of three main implementation ways of the primary school career education found the existing problems.And then according to the problems,the study clear and define the objectives,select the contents,determine the implementation principles and steps in order to improve various kinds of implementation ways' strategies and to provide the strong theoretical basis for the primary school career education in China.This paper mainly includes five parts:The first part is the introduction.The main contents are as follows: the proposal of research problems,the significance of the research,the domestic and foreign literature review,the ideas and methods of the research,and the innovation points of the research and so on.The second part is an overview of the primary school career education implementation ways.The main contents are as follows: the definition of the relevant concepts,the brief introduction of the main primary school career education implementation ways including the classroom teaching of primary school career education,the extracurricular career education activities of primary school and the career counseling and guidance of primary school,and the related theoretical basis of this research.The third part is the investigation and the result analysis of primary school career education in five primary schools in Shijiazhuang.By investigating students and interviewing teachers in Shijiazhuang five primary schools,the author learnt deeply about the current situation of primary school career education implementation ways including the classroom teaching of primary school career education,the extracurricular career education activities of primary school and the career counseling and guidance of primary school in Shijiazhuang five primary schools,revealing the existing problems and analyzing the causes.The survey results showed that the existing problems which are mainly manifested that the teachers' are insufficient understanding of the objectives,contents and implementation steps of the three main implementation ways,the students cannot be stimulated the interests to learn the career education,the knowledge of career education that students were educated is not comprehensive and the effect of primary school career education various implementation ways is poor.The main reasons of the problems are as follows: the government support and the social resources guarantee are insufficient,schools are lack of attention to primary school career education implementation ways and teachers are lack of the professional guidance of primary school career education implementation ways,and so on.The fourth part is mainly the strategies to improve the primary school career education implementation ways.According to the problems in the investigation,the author puts forward strategies to improve the various implementation ways from the aspects of clearing and defining the objectives,selecting the contents,determining the implementation principles and steps,and provides relevant cases for the front-line teachers.At the same time,the author puts forward strategies from the aspects of introducing the state policies and strengthening the tripartite cooperation between schools,families and society to better the various implementation ways.The fifth part is the conclusion.It summarizes briefly,introspects the disadvantages of the study,and gives an outlook to the future research.
