It is the fourth industrial revolution that represented by artificial intelligence,it strongly impacted the existing career's world.Simple repetitive labor and general affairs work will be likely to be replaced by intelligent machinery.Faced with the above challenges,It is necessary to carry out career planning education.The career planning education in ghost schools has achieved remarkable results.However,the education of primary school students' career planning in China has not received sufficient attention..Most Students will learn career planning education in high school.,and There is no systematic teaching content,single method,and poor teaching results.As an important part of the lifelong education system,career planning education can not only promote the physical and mental development of students,but also help meet the realistic needs of social development.Based on the above-mentioned realistic background,this paper puts the observation points on the education of primary school students' career planning.This paper mainly studies the literature and investigation methods.Through the inquiry,Collecting and sorting out the literature,Combing the domestic and foreign primary school career planning education research,Clearing primary school career planning education connotation,The theoretical and practical significance of the research is clarified.Through questionnaires and interviews,the development of career planning education in five primary schools in N city was clarified,and the problems in the implementation process were revealed,and corresponding solutions were proposed.According to the survey results,At present,the city of N 5 primary school career planning education exist the following problems: the students for their favorite professional poorly understood,students for the school courses in the career planning of satisfaction is low,the teachers' understanding of career planning education one-sided,teachers' lack of knowledge of career planning education,school career planning education courses form owes richly and so on.The main reason is that students lack the awareness of active learning of professional knowledge,Pre and Post training career,teachers lack professional career planning education and training,teachers lack the initiative to learn the knowledge of career planning education,and the school pays insufficient attention to career planning education.There is a shortage of educational resources for career planning in schools.Based on this,this study explores the feasibility solution strategy from three dimensions: government,school and teacher.It is proposed to give full play to the leading role of the government and relevant departments,strengthen the efforts of schools to promote career planning education,and focus on the training of teachers' career planning education.In recent years,Primary school career planning education system gradually improved..For example," Suggestions on career planning education at the primary and secondary school level" "were put forward in the 2017 CPPCC proposal.The"Guidelines for the Curriculum of Comprehensive Practical Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools" issued by the Ministry of Education reflects the efforts of relevant government departments to carry out career planning education for primary schools.The purpose of this paper is to provide useful reference for the development of careerplanning education in primary schools in China,and to help the career planning education in primary schools move to a new stage.
