Research On "30+" Female Migrant Workers’ Hometown Entrepreneurship In Wenchang City

Rural revitalization strategy is an important strategic plan put forward by China to promote rural development,and migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses can promote the realization of rural revitalization.In recent years,China has issued a large number of policies to encourage migrant workers to return home to start their own businesses.Female migrant workers’ return home to start their own businesses is also an important force to promote the development of rural industries,and it is one of the important places to vigorously develop rural revitalization and achieve stability and far-reaching results.Wenchang City has issued a series of preferential policies for migrant workers to return home to start their own businesses,and a large number of migrant workers have returned home.Among them,a group of "30+" female migrant workers have also started to return home to start their own businesses under various opportunities based on various accumulations of migrant workers.Wenchang "30+" female migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses(hereinafter referred to as "30+" female migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses)is a typical representative of Wenchang’s female migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses.In this thesis,"30+" female migrant workers are selected as the research object to conduct research on Wenchang’s "30+" female migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses.On the basis of systematically sorting out the research theories at home and abroad,a large number of data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews,and the current situation of "30+" female migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses was statistically summarized.The factors influencing "30+" female migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses were analyzed from many aspects.From the female point of view,"30+" female migrant workers are quite special,vulnerable to social prejudice.At the same time,with the increase of age,they have basically established families.Therefore,entrepreneurship will also be influenced by family.This paper analyzes it from age,education level,marital status,family status,gender bias and personal employment experience.At the same time,entrepreneurship itself will be influenced by many factors.From the perspective of entrepreneurship,it is mainly analyzed from entrepreneurial management and management ability,entrepreneurial risk identification ability,innovation ability and consciousness,entrepreneurial time,entrepreneurial location and company scale.It is found that "30+" female migrant workers have various limitations when starting their own businesses,such as financial difficulties,limited ability,social prejudice,etc.,which also makes it difficult for "30+" female migrant workers in Wenchang to return home to start their own businesses.Based on the comprehensive analysis,we understand the influencing factors of "30+" female migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses,and put forward the countermeasures to promote "30+" female migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses."30+" female migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses need the joint efforts of individuals,families,government and society.Personally speaking,they should change their professional concepts and carry out self-study and promotion.As far as the government and society are concerned,they should provide emotional guidance,impart relevant professional knowledge,actively participate in the society,actively promote the implementation of encouraging policies and broaden the access to funds,so as to reduce the number of "30+" female migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses in Wenchang City.
