| Performance management is an important starting point to promote the construction of teachers in private colleges.Taking H private colleges and universities as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of performance management in H private colleges and universities by using the relevant theory of performance management,interview method,literature method,qualitative and quantitative research methods,and combining with the performance management data of H private colleges and universities,and studies the existing problems of performance management in H private colleges and universities.It points out that a comprehensive,scientific and impartial performance management system should truly reflect the actual situation of teachers’ performance in private colleges and universities,and implement the performance appraisal for all the staff.Counselors,Department Teachers and administrative department teachers should be included in the scope of the subject to be assessed.The competent assessment department is the leading one,and the assessment contents(ideological and political education,professional ability,teaching and scientific research,social services)of the private colleges and universities are assessed according to the structure of the assessment,and reasonable assessment indicators and weights are set according to the different posts and titles of the subjects to be assessed in the private colleges and universities,so as to truly ensure the integrity of the assessment contents.Face and rationality.To improve the enthusiasm of teachers and staff by performance appraisal,promote the development of teachers’ professional ability,and improve the competitiveness of private colleges and universities. |
