Research On The Strategies Of Introducing High-level Talents In Higher Vocational Colleges Of Henan Province

Higher vocational colleges in China are an important part of higher education.The talents,especially the high-level talents,are directly related to the important lifeline of their development.The introduction of high-level talents is also a requirement for higher vocational colleges to implement national policies.At present,the introduction of high-level talents in higher vocational colleges is in a weak link,and analyzes the significance of the introduction of high-level talents to higher vocational colleges in Henan Province: based on the actual situation,this study analyzes the status quo and talent flow of high-level talents in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province,which is conducive to enriching the relevant theories of high-level talent research,helping to optimize the talent structure of higher vocational colleges and enhancing teachers.The overall vitality of the team and the improvement of its overall quality can also enable higher vocational colleges to enrich the strength of weak disciplines in a relatively short period of time and inject new strength into the development of higher vocational colleges.This study takes the introduction of high-level talents in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province as the research object,based on the theory of talent mobility,talent agglomeration theory and incentive theory,selected six higher vocational colleges in Henan Province as the research object,and conducted research on 433 talents and personnel workers in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province.The paper analyzes the status quo of the system?mechanism? treatment? environment and effect of talent introduction in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province,it is found that talents in Henan higher vocational colleges have their own advantages,such as systems and mechanisms,but there are still some problems,if the treatment of talents is not well paid,the environment for talent introduction needs to be optimized,and the loss of talents will be seriously lost.The reason is that the poor introduction of talents is due to the lack of characteristics of talent introduction policies and insufficient funds,the poor working environment for talent introduction is due to the lack of managerial awareness,the lack of coordination among administrative departments,and the incompatibility of talents in the new environment,the loss after the introduction was serious because of the poor development prospects of higher vocational colleges,the limited geographical location and the impact of the siphon effect of talents.The experience of introducing high-level talents from other higher vocational colleges in China can provide a reference for solving the problem of the introduction of high-level talents in Henan Province.This study selects H Vocational Technical College,J Vocational and Technical College,and W Vocational Technical College as a case.Through analysis,the experience of introducing high-level talents includes clarifying the division of labor in the organizational system of talent introduction,actively introducing talents,and improving the specifications of talent introduction.We will adopt a variety of talent introduction methods to improve the treatment of imported talents.Based on this,the countermeasures for the introduction of high-level talents in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province are: to introduce high-level talents with the help of the national talent policy;to pay attention to the high-level needs of talents,to introduce high-level talents;to develop team talents and flexible talents Increase the number of high-level talents;gather talents with talents,pay attention to the agglomeration effect of talents;break through the trap of talents,and do a good job of stabilizing talents.
