Purpose:1) Through3months of training under the same conditions,the staticexercise group and the dynamic practice group adopt the same practice means, loadintensity and with CT test instrument to test athletes lower limb muscle training effectbefore and after the experiment.2) Through the summary and analysis of thesecharacteristics, under the same load,study the impact of dynamic and static exercisesof lower limb muscle and the morphological variation characteristics of quadriceps,hamstrings and fat.provide valuable theroetical reference for coaches and athletes thatcorrectly understand the nature,purpose and function of dynamic and static exercisesin the bodybuilding teaching,provide valuable referance for caoches and athlets thatreasonably arrange the proportion of training sequence in the bodybuilding trainingFurther deepen the mode of different muscle contraction activity the understanding ofthe mechanism and its related basic theory.methods: this study used literature review, questionnaire, experimental method,mathematical statistics method.Research object:bodybuilding special selection of xi ’an institute of physicaleducation boys14(2players) as the test objectResults and conclusion1. Static exercise group in the form of lower limb muscle before and after theexperiment test, according to the results of quadriceps and hamstrings cross sectionalarea is increased by3.5%and7.7%, increase amplitude is small, gracilis muscle,sartorius and cross sectional area is increased by14.4%and13.3%, fat8.4%reducedcross sectional area, but the static muscle groups before and after the experiment formdifference is not significant (P>0.05). To analyze from the Angle of the sportstraining theory, this kind of phenomenon may be associated with training adopted bythe joint Angle, because the static exercises can make muscles and joints to the largestextend and shrink, increase muscle contraction force is limited to training adopted bythe joint point of view, to improve neuromuscular coordination effect is not obvious,so the development of muscle cross-sectional area of effect. Although growth is notobvious, but static in the bodybuilding training exercises can improve the ability ofthe nervous system control of the muscles and the modelling performance ability, aswell as in dynamic exercise is not easy to get training muscle group dedicated tostrengthen training, muscles, prominent line caused by strong visual effect.2. Dynamic practice in the form of lower limb muscle before and after the test resultsof the experiments show that the quadriceps, hamstrings cross sectional area increasedby18.5%,25.2%, and the muscles form significant difference before and after theexperiment (P <0.05), gracilis muscle, sartorius and cross sectional area increased by80.7%,64.8%, and the increase amplitude is bigger, muscle morphology before and after the experiment extremely significant difference (P <0.01). Fat was reducedcross sectional area of13.7%, no significant difference before and after theexperiment (P>0.05). To analyze from the Angle of the sports training theory, thedynamic performance of neuromuscular coordination practice can very gooddevelopment, and can make all the movement parts at their maximum movementrange, is beneficial to increase the speed of muscle contraction, can make moremuscles get exercise and have the good physiological effect, can increase musclecross-sectional area obviously.3. Static experiments and dynamic group of lower limb muscle morphologicalvariation before and after the test results show that the power set of gracilis muscle,hamstrings, sartorius cross-sectional area before and after the experiment increaseamplitude is greater than the static group, significant difference was found in musclemorphological variation (P <0.05), quadriceps cross sectional area increase amplitudeis greater than the static group, muscle morphological variation extremely significantdifference (P <0.01), fat cross sectional area reduces amplitude is greater than thestatic group, morphological variation difference was not significant (P>0.05). Toanalyze from the Angle of the sports training theory, the static stress and dynamicexercises muscles working condition is different, the static sexual practice cannot befully obtained with dynamic force generated by the quality, performance practicemore effective development cooperation and active muscle muscle, against musclecoordination, make different muscle contraction time optimization between cooperate,make to participate in the movement of the muscle to form a coordinated musclechain, to maximize the improve the efficiency of muscle contraction, the musclecross-sectional area for development.
