Research On The Function Of Social Work In Rural Community Governance

With the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,significant changes have taken place in rural economy,politics,culture,ecology and other aspects,putting forward new requirements for rural community governance in the new era.Community is the basic unit of social governance,and rural community governance is one of the important foundations of social governance system.Theory and practice have proved that social work has irreplaceable advantages in rural community governance and innovation of community governance model.With the trend of diversified governance subjects,professional social work plays an important role in resolving conflicts,stabilizing order,enhancing service and improving people’s happiness index.Q county,hebei province as an example,this study using the method of participant observation,structural interview,and the actuality of W community governance and social workers standing in the community governance operation related survey,found W community cadres owe reasonable structure,community attribution consciousness is not strong,low quality of community social organizations,at the same time,By using three direct service methods of social work case,group and community,this paper explores the micro-community service and the operation of social work station.Therefore,it shows that professional knowledge and methods of social work play a significant professional role in rural community governance.Based on the evaluation of service efficacy,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the aspects of training talent team,upgrading mobilization mechanism,building public service platform,and promoting consciousness awakening.
