In China,the traditional research on human resources generally focuses on the analysis of the internal and external environment of a university,and the research on a specific module,such as salary,performance,or personnel mobility.It has not been studied from the perspective of strategy and combined with the specific actual situation of colleges and universities.Influenced by traditional social factors and enterprises’ own factors,the constraints on the development of private colleges and universities are becoming more and more obvious,especially the difficulty of human resources development.Therefore,to analyze the reasons behind the problems,"suit the remedy to the case" should be included in the vision of human resources development strategy research.The importance of theoretical analysis centered on the development strategy of private colleges and universities is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper takes the difficulty of human resources development of private colleges as the starting point and private college A as the research object.Based on the analysis of human resources research results of private colleges at home and abroad,from the perspective of human capital and based on the actual situation of human resources of college A,this paper finds the problems existing in the college and analyzes the consequences caused by the problems,so as to attract the attention of managers,Build a strategy to adapt to the human resources development of college A under the current background,hoping to enrich the human resources development strategic planning of college A to a certain extent.The steady development of human resources of college A can promote the steady development of college a and improve the competitiveness of College A.Firstly,this paper defines the concepts of private colleges and universities,human capital and development strategy.Secondly,it defines the research scope;By combing the relevant literature and basic theories,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis on the current situation of human resources development in college A,and finds that there are problems in introduction and training,incentive and restraint.In view of the problems existing in the development of human resources,under the guidance of human capital theory and relevant incentive theory,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,the limitations of management system and the constraints of solidified traditional ideas in the development of private colleges and universities.Based on private college A,this paper analyzes and further improves the human resources development,positions the development strategy of college A,and formulates the human resources development strategic objectives suitable for private college A.At the same time,this paper studies the current situation of human resources of college A and puts forward the strategic implementation countermeasures.In the actual operation process,it has certain practicability and guidance. |
