Under the rapid development of higher education, private higher education are developing even fast as well with a huge progress gained in both number and quality. This kind of education form is so called high-tech valuable talents cultivating bases plays a great role in promoting the "massification" of our country’s higher education and the economic development. However, With the increasing of the private colleges student enrollment, across to the expansion of the non-governmental university, private colleges is also facing unprecedented problems at the same time. In order to solve the problem such as human resources shortage and unbalanced which occurs during the progress of development, universities have carried out the study of human resource development. How to promote human resources management in private colleges to adapt to the needs of new situation will become a new topic which suspends in front of the private colleges urgently and vitally.In this context, the research of private colleges development strategy of human resources which aims at the sustainable development of the private colleges shows important guiding significance. Based on the human resource strategy of colleges and universities domestic and abroad on the basis of theoretical research, it leads out the human resource management in private colleges. According to the 2013 China education yearbook data analysis, in combination with the practical situation of our country’s higher education and the research situation. We took four private colleges in Hubei province as examples to study the development of the private universities human resources present situation into the concrete analysis, put forward five main problems facing by the private universities human resource.Private colleges with the problem of the human resources component complex or date dishonest,unreasonable full-time teachers structure,human resource instability,lacks of effective security policy,strategic planning and management awareness is poor.However the lack of the scientific appraisal mechanism and incentive measures, etc.Moreover,we took human resources strategy in the Yangtze University College of Engineering as an example.studied the human resource process which adhere to the "oil main specialized as the core, focusing on the shortage of teachers, according to the requirement of highly efficient, reasonable equipped with combining specialized mainly designed road".Although this college in the construction of human resources have done a lot of beneficial work.such as keep up with the pace of the school development of human resources as possible,but also there are problems such as unbalance rate between part-time and full-time faculty unbalanced age structure among teachers, its full-time faculty degree structure,unreasonable raw division.Through the human resources strategy of the private colleges were analyzed, In the instance,on the basis of analysis of private colleges in formulating the development strategy,adhere to the "people-oriented" as the guiding ideology, overall development strategy in college, adhere to the "the principle of long-term development is conducive to college", to the principle of "give full scope to the talents". The overall goal of the human resources strategy development should be designed based on the school’s overall development strategy,content of private universities human resources development strategy and merit measurements, to bring up high level talents,create a soft environment for talent development strategy of school put forward the opinion, to establish a set of the introduction of talent, training management performance evaluation and take a set of human resource development strategic thought to promote the development of private universities human resources sustainability.To promote the development of private universities human resources sustainability.For private colleges human resources strategy,scientific countermeasure and the suggestion are provided in the context.In the hope of this thesis research results for the same kind of private colleges has some guiding significance in developing the human resources development strategy to promote the development of private universities education career spanning, provide talent support for science and technology and rejuvenating the country of the China Dream.
