| Now,people think that the fairness of education is more and more important.China’s compulsory education has made remarkable achievements.With the comprehensive victory of poverty alleviation,every child has the goal of going to school,which has been basically achieved.However,there are still many problems between urban and rural compulsory education.For example,"the scale of rural schools is small","the enrollment of accompanying children","the psychological problems of stay-at-home children","the inability of rural teachers to stay,the lack of ability" and so on.The urban area also faces the dilemma of "large class and large school","urban crowding rural space",shortage of school construction land,degree resources and teacher resources.So how to solve the current problems and promote the in-depth development of the integration of urban and rural compulsory education has become an inevitable move to solve social contradictions,an inevitable measure to promote educational equity,a necessary measure to promote rural revitalization,reduce the gap between urban and rural compulsory education and even eliminate the gap,which has also become a hot topic studied by scholars from all walks of life.This paper takes the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education in D District of Dezhou City as the research object.Through the research on its current situation,it finds out the problems,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward specific suggestions.The paper is divided into six chapters.Among them,the first chapter is the introduction,which expounds why this topic is selected for research,as well as the relevant reviews and research methods at home and abroad;The second chapter introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,and expounds in detail the concepts of compulsory education,urban and rural,urban-rural integration and the relevant theories needed;The third chapter mainly introduces the current situation of the integration of urban and rural compulsory education,and describes the specific practices in four aspects:school running conditions,education funds,teacher allocation and education quality;The fourth chapter mainly summarizes several existing problems and finds out the reasons from the existing problems;The fifth chapter mainly draws lessons from the experience of the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education in China;The sixth chapter puts forward reasonable suggestions for the previous problems.The research shows that the improvement of rural environment,the management and guidance of the government,the establishment of urban-rural compulsory education community,the optimal allocation of teacher resources and the development and construction of schools themselves are important driving forces for the integration of urban and rural compulsory education.We should appropriately increase investment in education,constantly strengthen the construction of school standardization,ensure that students in rural areas can go to school,and ensure that normal teaching activities are carried out in an orderly manner.We should coordinate the teaching staff,reasonably allocate teacher resources in urban and rural areas,adopt a package of incentive policies to attract a wider range of excellent teachers to teach in rural areas,and improve the treatment of rural teachers,so that rural teachers can develop while making contributions.We should balance the source of educational students,guide parents to make correct choices on children’s education,and formulate a reasonable and fair source allocation mechanism. |
