In recent years,in order to promote the all-round development of students,the Ministry of Education has issued a series of education reform measures.The comprehensive value of labor education makes it an important part of education in the new era.Schools at all levels and of all kinds actively explore the construction of labor education curriculum.In recent years,although urban primary schools have made some achievements in the course of labor education,but there are still primary school students vie,unearned and other adverse phenomena.Therefore,it is necessary to carry on the research to the present city elementary school labor education curriculum implementation present situation.Using the method of questionnaire and interview to investigate the implementation of the labor education curriculum in Y primary school in Harbin,this paper sums up the good experience and problems with the implementation of the labor education curriculum in Y primary school,and puts forward some feasible improvement strategies in view of the problems.This paper consists of five parts.The first part: The introduction part elaborated the research origin,the literature summary,the research mentality and the method,the research basic theory and the related concept limits and so on.Part II: Y primary school labor education curriculum survey.First of all,the use of questionnaires and interviews,selected Y primary school teachers and fourth and fifth grade students as the study subjects.Secondly,the implementation of questionnaire survey,and then randomly selected some teachers and students for interviews to improve the accuracy of survey data.Finally,through the questionnaire survey and interview results,summed up the current labor education curriculum teacher and student goals,content,implementation process and evaluation.Part III: Find out Y primary school labor education curriculum implementation experience and existing problems,according to curriculum structure curriculum objectives,curriculum content,implementation process and curriculum evaluation as the analysis dimension.The results show that the labor curriculum in Y primary school can be used for reference: the goal of labor education curriculum is beneficial to students’ all-round development,the content of labor education is rich,the labor curriculum attaches importance to students’ direct experience in the process of implementation,and the evaluation methods of labor education curriculum are diversified.The current problems of Y primary school labor curriculum are as follows:the lack of clear understanding of the goal of labor education curriculum,the lack of close integration with the times,the poor experience of students in the process of labor education and the random evaluation of students’ labor by teachers.Part IV: From the surface of the problem to find the root causes of the plight of the labor education curriculum in Y Primary School,namely,teachers’ inadequate interpretation of labor education policies,teachers’ lack of professional knowledge of labor education curriculum,labor education process too much emphasis on physical labor,labor education curriculum lacks a sound evaluation mechanism.Part V: The existing problems of curriculum improvement strategies.Including:Clear labor education curriculum goal,improvement labor education curriculum content,consummation labor education curriculum resources disposition,consummation labor education curriculum appraisal mechanism.From theory to practice,it provides practical and operable reference for City Primary and teachers to carry out labor education curriculum.
