| Modern industrial enterprises constantly put forward new requirements of laborers not only for the professional skills,but also for the moral quality.The "Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education" issued by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council clearly stated that “adhering to the cultivation of morality and the combination of morality and skills and promoting the integration and unification of ideological and political education and technical skills training”.These new developments have put forward higher requirements for moral education in secondary vocational schools.In addition,students in secondary vocational schools generally have the characteristics of weak educational foundation,weak learning motivation,and low expectations for future development.Therefore,moral education faces heavier tasks,more problems,and more complicated situations.As a full-time education institution,secondary vocational schools must strengthen the function of moral education,put moral education in a more important position,face up to the various problems encountered,assume corresponding responsibilities,and strengthen practical research,so that moral education can become a real "compass" and "fixed star" that promote the all-round development of students.This paper researches on the methods of daily teaching observation,conducting a survey on the moral education of students in secondary vocational schools,and interviewing students and teachers.It finds that there are some problems in the moral education work of secondary vocational schools.The main manifestations are the limited teaching effect of moral education,the insufficient participation of students in moral education activities.In addition,the mode of moral education evaluation is relatively simple,the guiding role of evaluation is not prominent,and the family and society fail to fully serve the moral education of schools.There are many reasons for these problems,such as the absence of positive influence of the social moral education environment,uneven family education,and obvious laissez-faire tendency.The overall planning and coordination of moral education work in secondary vocational schools is not yet in place,and the means of making the best use of the situation and mobilizing the subjective initiative of students for self-education are limited.Accordingly,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the angle of school,family,society and individual.First of all,build the main position of secondary vocational schools and effectively improve the moral education level of secondary vocational schools.Secondly,schools should unite families and help families to play a role of moral education.Then,promote a social moral education orientation that is synergistic and complementary with school moral education.Finally,cultivate students’ correct values,accurately understand themselves,stimulate students’ upward and kind hearts,and promote students’ self-education awareness. |
