In recent years, the secondary vocational education has better adapted the social demands at the aspect of the use of industry skill, and with the national policy support, it has made the secondary vocational education get unprecedented development and has taken significant social effects. According to statistics, at present, there are as many as 13000 secondary vocational schools and more than 20 million students in these schools in our country. Practice shows that secondary vocational education can help students learn more industry skills to improve the employment rate of the society, in the meanwhile, it can cultivate a great deal of labor force for our country and the social development. It has offered human resources to our national industrial optimization and upgrade. However, many problems exist in the development of secondary vocational education, especially the problem of moral education. The level of students’thought and quality will directly affect the social and economic development, therefore, it’s particularly important to explore the effective measures of students’moral education in secondary vocational schools.On the basis of consulting relevant literature and policy documents, using interview survey, questionnaire method and so on, the study is to explore the present situation and countermeasure research on the secondary vocational moral education. It is divided into five chapters:the first chapter is the introduction------the article introduction part, which analyzed the research background of the problem, significance and methods and so on. Meanwhile, it reviewed the existing researches at home and abroad. The second chapter is about a summary of the secondary vocational education present situation, which focused on the analysis of vocational school moral education present situation and the secondary vocational school students’thought survey etc. The third chapter is present situation investigation, which is introduced survey tools, survey methods and so on. It is also surveyed from teaching ideas, the content needs and methods to be improved etc. The fourth chapter is summarized the vocational moral education problem analysis. Through questionnaire survey, combining with teaching experience, this study indicates that in the process of the secondary vocational moral education, some problems still exist:such as, idea of lag, the single, rigid method and moral education content alienation. The fifth chapter is put forward the countermeasures of how to deal with the issue of secondary vocational moral education. The study considers that this issue can be solved from the following three measures:1. updating ideas and moral system; 2 reforming content; 3. optimizing methods. Among them, updating ideas can be done from the aspects of strengthening the construction of traditional culture, strengthening professionalism education and supervising the construction of the relevant rules and regulations and so on.The study is mainly to solve the following four issues:1. analyzing stage moral idea dilemma in today’s Chinese society; 2. stating the overview of students’ideological and ethical education in secondary vocational schools; 3. exploring the main issues and current situation existing in students’moral education and management; 4. countermeasures and proposals of doing moral education in schools well.However, the study has also certain limitation, choosing 900 students from Xuanhua Science and Technology Vocational College as the research object, the sample is relatively small and each student has different degrees of attaching importance to moral education.
