| The Outline of The National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Program(2010-2020)promulgated in 2010 has clarified the direction of the PE teaching reform in Chinese colleges and universities.In the outline,it is clearly pointed out that China’s higher education should be driven by reform and innovation,centered on improving the quality of education,with moral education as the priority,basic ability and all-round development as the important goals of China’s higher education.To promote the reform and sustainable development of P.E.in China,we will continue to improve the P.E.teaching methods in China’s colleges and universities and change the methods of teacher training to better meet the educational needs of all sectors of society.To reverse this study of classroom teaching in the teaching of ordinary university tennis serve technology application effect as the research object,research purpose is through the teaching experiment,analysis to flip the classroom in the teaching of tennis serve on students’ physique level,interest in learning,classroom emotional experience and influence the tennis serve technology,provide the basis for the introduction of college PE teaching in the class of flip.Based on the reality of the current college tennis education and the basic theory of flipped classroom teaching,this paper systematically analyzes the application effect of introducing flipped classroom teaching in the current college tennis education,providing theoretical guidance for the reform of college physical education.By applying flipped classroom to the teaching of tennis serve in colleges and universities,it can change the problems of the traditional teaching practice time is not enough,and the demonstration action is not fine enough,and provide the theoretical basis for college physical education teachers.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There is no significant difference in the effect of flipped classroom on students’ physical fitness level between the teaching of tennis serving and traditional teaching,which is related to the low frequency of school teaching arrangement,long time interval and students’ weak awareness of exercise and other factors.(2)The implementation of flipped classroom in the teaching of tennis serve has a positive impact on improving students’ interest in learning tennis serve technology.(3)Flipped classroom should be implemented in the teaching of tennis serve.Flipped classroom can make students have better classroom emotional experience.An important difference between flipped classroom teaching and traditional teaching lies in that it emphasizes the subject of learners and does not passively receive information,but fully demonstrates the initiative and participation of students.(4)Flipped classroom is implemented in the teaching of tennis serving,so that students can better master the technical movements of tennis serving.Flipped classroom can teach students according to their aptitude and solve the difficulties of each student.Through the limited class time to provide students with a complete sports experience,online tutoring after class,using a variety of photos and video materials,independently learn tennis serving skills,strengthen students’ initiative,so that students can find their own weaknesses and share more sports experience.(5)The implementation of flipped classroom in the teaching of tennis serving can improve the success rate of serving,accuracy of serving first landing point and aggression of serving.Students can master the tennis serve technique in theory,self-study feedback and organization design exercises after class improve students’ learning time and efficiency. |
