In recent years, with the development of information technology in education, new things, such as Flipped Classroom and Mooc based on information technology has become a focus of educational technology research in many countries. Based on a large amount of relevant literature analysis, we found that the attempt of Flipped Classroom teaching mode mostly appear in the middle and primary school. Although there exists some attempts in Colleges and Universities, however, they are often teacher’s individual behavior and lack of systematic organization planning and comprehensive promotion. So this paper takes the teaching mode Flipped Classroom as the research object to verify and analyze its application and popularization in College Classroom Teaching based on Rodgers’ s diffusion of innovation theory. This paper mainly adopts the literature method and questionnaire survey method.Based on the questionnaire of 606 university teachers and students in five colleges and universities of Henan province this paper analyze the Flipped Classroom implementation in the colleges classroom teaching. According to the result, it is not difficult to find that colleges and universities are more suitable for the Flipped Classroom teaching mode in terms of whether teachers, students or teaching facilities. Certainly there exists the impedance factors of the implementation and popularization of Flipped Classroom in college’s classroom teaching which contain the Flipped Classroom itself, the traditional teaching disease and university teaching environment. Based on the analysis, this paper put forward the corresponding strategies about the implementation of Flipped Classroom in college classroom teaching: improve Flipped Classroom itself, raise the students’ independent learning abilities, raise various aspects of university teachers, make more video resources, bring up change representatives and construct college teaching environment.From the angle of promotion this paper analyze the popularization and application of Flipped Classroom in the colleges classroom teaching and based on the diffusion of innovation theory this paper innovates in research content and perspective and promote some creative ideas which has important theoretical and practical significance.
