| Previous scientific studies have proved that learners’ rumination and sleep quality can cause their negative emotions,and learning pressure also has a certain negative impact on negative emotions.According to previous studies,rumination and sleep quality are rarely used as mediators.In this study,the academic stress of high altitude high school students was taken as the independent variable,negative emotion as the dependent variable,rumination and sleep quality as the intermediary variable,so as to provide necessary experimental data support and theoretical basis for improving the mental health level of high altitude high school students and promoting active and healthy life.In this study,706 students from three senior middle schools in G City,Qinghai Province were investigated by questionnaire survey to investigate the relationship between academic stress,rumination,sleep quality and negative emotions.The result is as follows:1.High-altitude high school students have low-middle academic stress and rumination,good sleep quality and high mental health.2.There is no significant difference in gender,only child or not,and family location of high altitude high school students in academic pressure;There are significant differences in major and class types;There are significant differences in frustration stress dimension in major,class type and grade.There are significant differences in the dimensions of self-development pressure in major,class type and class cadre.The dimensions of task requirement pressure and expected pressure differ significantly in major,class type,class leader or not and grade;The dimensions of competitive pressure are significantly different in class cadres and grades.3.Rumination of high altitude high school students has significant differences in major,class type and whether they are class leaders;There was no significant difference in gender,only child,family location and grade.There were significant differences in major,class type,class leader or not;The dimension of forced thinking differed significantly in whether or not to be class leaders.4.There are significant differences in sleep quality of high altitude high school students in arts and science,class type and grade;There was no significant difference in gender,family location,class cadre or not;The dimensions of sleep quality were significantly different in science and arts,class type and grade.The time to fall asleep has significant difference in major and class type.There were significant differences in the dimension of sleep disorder between arts,science and grade.The dimensions of sleep efficiency were significantly different in class type and grade.There were significant differences in the dimension of daytime dysfunction in only child and grade.The dimension of sleep time varies significantly by grade.5.Depression and anxiety in negative emotions were significantly different in science and arts,class type,only child or not,family location,class leader or not,and grade;Not significant in gender.6.High-altitude high school students’ academic stress,rumination thinking and sleep quality can significantly and positively predict negative emotions.7.High-altitude high school students’ rumination thinking plays a mediating role between academic stress and negative emotions;sleep quality mediates between academic stress and negative emotions;rumination thinking and sleep quality play a link between academic stress and negative emotions mediation. |
