In the background of the new era,in the teaching of primary school physical sports,the introduction of interesting track and field sports has attracted much attention,which can not only improve students 'physical quality,but also improve students' psychological quality,in line with the overall direction of primary school physical education curriculum reform.In the research process,through the experimental method and mathematical analysis method,with 8?9-year-old students from Songzi Huangjia Primary School as the experimental objects,interesting track and field teaching for 12 weeks,through the control of experimental variables,the data before and after the experiment was compared.The analysis shows that children 's interesting track and field teaching on children' s physical quality is obvious.The experimental results show that:1.Experimental class students experiment before and after the 5 indicators are very obvious(P ? 0.01),and the physical quality 5 indicators are higher than control class,interesting track and field can improve the physical quality of 8?9-year-old students,so "interesting track and field" meet the overall direction of primary school sports curriculum reform and reform and the basic requirements of primary school physical education,and improve physical quality,so the traditional track and field textbooks can add part of the "interesting track and field" activities.2.The five indicators of the male and female students in the experimental class have changed very significantly(P ? 0.01).Both boys and girls have been greatly improved in the relevant aspects.Interesting track and field sports reflect the characteristics of "comprehensive" for improving the physical quality of 8?9-year-old students,This exercise will not affect the effect due to gender difference.3.The two indicators of sit-up and one-minute rope skipping changed significantly(P ?0.05),vertical long jump,sitting position front flexion,50 m running were not obvious(P ?0.05),but normal development,"children 's interesting track and field" in affecting the growth and development of children and cultivating children' s flexibility,running and jumping ability is significantly better than traditional track and field textbooks;stimulating and improving interest in learning.For the deep analysis of the experimental results,propose suggestions:1.It is suggested to start from the concept of "interesting track and field",refer to the IAAF "interesting track and field" mode,and create more and better practice means and combination of "interesting track and field".2.Carry out interesting track and field teaching work with a purposeful way.We should not ignore the standardization of technical actions because we only pay attention to the achievements of teams or individuals,but also pay attention to the correctness of technical actions.3.Planning to improve students ' enthusiasm for interesting track and field sports.Cultivate students ' core quality of physical education learning,and lay a foundation for the future physical education study and further study.This is also the embodiment of the sports teaching concept in the new era.
