Research On The Path Of Social Work Intervention In Community Service From The Perspective Of Developmental Social Work ——Taking The A Project Of J Institution As An Example

The community is the basic unit of the city,the main living space of urban residents,and the level of community service directly affects the quality of community governance and the well-being and satisfaction of community residents.At present,the country emphasizes building a new pattern of co-governance,co-construction and sharing.Community service,as a business card of a community,greatly highlights the positive image of a community’s good life.Improving the quality of community services and improving its own governance are the key points of community development.Taking the community service of Project A carried out by J Institution as an example,using literature research participatory observation and interview method expounds the specific method and service content of the community service.Through the case,it shows that social workers are involved in community service,adhere to the guidance of theory,and formulate under the guidance of theory.From the perspective of developmental social work,social work intervenes in community service projects,and provides some thoughts on building new community service plans and promoting community development.This paper uses the perspective of developmental social work to intervene in community service projects,and on the basis of the relevant research results and the practical experience of the A project community service carried out by the J institution,it puts forward the path of social work intervention in community service from the perspective of developmental social work as follows: Guided by development,it integrates three stages: community service,community-based,and community development.In the first stage,community service is used as a pre-requisite to promote the establishment of multi-party relationships;The second stage achieves community sociality through community-based,and promotes the integration of resources and the docking of needs;In the third stage,people-centered on the basis of the first two,responding to the diverse attributes of the community,and finally realizing the sustainable development of the community.It is hoped that this study can answer the question of how social work intervenes in community service and how to improve the quality of community service.
