A Practical Study On The Involvement Of Social Work In The Cultivation Of Urban Community Volunteer Service Organizations From The Perspective Of Strength

With the continuous improvement of social governance and people’s yearning for a better life,urban community has become an important place to meet people’s needs for public services,and voluntary service organizations,as an important subject of public service provision,undertake the task of improving the quality of life of residents and perfecting the construction of the community.Therefore,volunteer organizations have also become an important theme of urban community development research.This study found that the urban community is economically developed,the infrastructure is perfect,the population density is high and the education level is high,so it has natural human support and organizational support in the formation of volunteer organization,and can provide development guarantee in the provision and utilization of infrastructure services.However,on the other hand,the development of urban voluntary service organizations in China is still in the development stage.Many urban community voluntary service organizations have some problems,such as the lack of standardization of management mechanism,shallow service content and level,weak self-life and so on.The cultivation of voluntary service organizations is not sufficient,and can not meet the requirements of the current development of urban residents and the times for the development of voluntary service organizations.Under the background of urban community,based on the cultivation project of voluntary service organization,this study puts forward that social work should intervene in the cultivation of voluntary service organization by using the theory of advantage angle of view,and guide the voluntary service organization to optimize the organization construction by using the advantage of community.Specifically,through the methods of participating observation,semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey to collect the needs of volunteer organizations and community development,combined with the theory of advantage perspective,from the first,find and excavate the dominant resources such as urban community manpower,organization and public service facilities to lay the foundation of organizational cultivation;second,take the needs of residents as the guide,locate the organizational direction and change the function of service organization.Third,give full play to the advantages of volunteer organizations,improve organizational management and system construction;fourth,enhance the advantages of organizational service,promote the development of organizational self-reliance in these four stages to solve the development of voluntary service organizations.Problem,promote the organizational growth and personal growth of voluntary service organizations.In this process,it can not only meet the pluralistic needs of urban communities for voluntary service,but also solve the difficulties faced by urban voluntary service organizations in the new era,and promote the sustainable development of voluntary service organizations.Through the evaluation of the cultivation process and effectiveness of volunteer organizations in urban communities,it is proved that it is an important way to promote the sustainable development of community volunteer organizations that social work uses the theory of advantage perspective to intervene in the cultivation of volunteer organizations.This paper also finds the basis of resource advantages such as urban community organization,manpower,facilities and so on.According to the basic logic of cultivating advantages,giving full play to advantages and promoting advantages from the perspective of advantages,this paper puts forward some general suggestions for optimizing the construction of urban community voluntary organizations by enhancing the self-generated ability of urban community voluntary service organizations,changing roles of social workers to help accurately locate the needs of community service,perfecting the system system of voluntary service organizations,and excavating and using the 酷 advantages of urban multi-agent resources to optimize the construction of urban community voluntary organizations.To promote the cultivation and development of urban community voluntary service organizations in China.
