Master of education is an educational form to cultivate high-quality teachers with high academic qualifications for the country in the future.Under the needs of national development,graduate students begin to expand their enrollment,and the scale of master of education is also expanding.The teacher’s core quality of master of education is related to the overall quality and level of future teachers.At present,on the whole,there is a big room to improve the core quality of teachers who are required by master of pedagogy.Based on the literature of master of pedagogy and teacher’s core literacy at home and abroad,this study thinks that the teacher’s core literacy of master of pedagogy includes four aspects: Teacher’s knowledge literacy,teacher’s ethics literacy,teacher’s skill literacy,research and innovation literacy,and designs the questionnaire and interview outline with these four dimensions.The results of questionnaire and interview survey show that the core literacy level of master of pedagogy teachers is relatively low,mainly reflected in the weak knowledge literacy of teachers,the lack of skills literacy of teachers,the need to improve teachers’ ethics literacy,research and innovation literacy.There are many reasons for the low core literacy of teachers,which can be summarized in two aspects.One is the external factors,including the existence of training programs,tutors,enrollment and examination system,and the other is the internal factors,that is,the factors of master of education students themselves,mainly including their weak learning foundation,learning interest,motivation and motivation Questions and so on.In view of these problems,we can explore the ways to improve the core literacy of master of education teachers from the two aspects of training units and individual students.From the perspective of the training unit,we should reform the training program,optimize the curriculum,strengthen the construction of the tutor team,strengthen the management of the training process,and improve the postgraduate recruitment system.From the perspective of individual students,we should strengthen positive incentives,stimulate students’ interest in learning,strengthen guidance for students,and guide students to learn independently.
