| With the rapid development of my country’s economy and the accelerating process of urbanization,the pull of cities for the young and middle-aged groups in rural areas is increasing day by day.In modern rural families,most young and middle-aged people work abroad,leaving their children to live with their grandparents for a long time,which has led to a substantial increase in the number of left-behind children in rural my country.Naturally,there are more and more dilemmas caused by left-behind children.Among them,the socialization of left-behind children in rural areas has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life.Children in the early stages of socialization have been far away from both or one of their parents for a long time,and have not received the care and education of their parents.Over time,the left-behind children who have grown up across generations have estranged parent-child relationship with their parents,their academic performance has declined,their interpersonal communication has been limited,and their psychological problems have increased.Social requirements,thus seriously affecting the healthy growth and benign development of left-behind children.Based on the field investigation on the socialization status of left-behind children in village F,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the dilemma and causes of the socialization dilemma of left-behind children in villages.Guided by social work theories and perspectives,casework intervention is carried out on the four aspects of Xiao Z’s socialization dilemma,including learning ability,parent-child relationship,interpersonal communication,and cognitive behavior,and finally achieves the goal of relieving left-behind children’s socialization dilemma.Studies have shown that social work has certain effects in the relief of left-behind children’s socialization dilemma,and it can be promoted.After the service is over,professional effectiveness evaluation,summarization and reflection will be carried out,and on this basis,feasible path suggestions will be put forward to provide practical experience and reference in social work for relieving the socialization dilemma of left-behind children. |
