The traditional teaching methods of secondary vocational schools have the advantages of giving full play to the role of teachers and classes and promoting the classroom interaction between teachers and students,but the main deficiency mainly lies in the excessive emphasis on uniformity,excessive reliance on teachers’ "talk",and limiting the teaching scale to a certain extent.In view of the shortcomings in the teaching of industrial robot operation and programming in secondary vocational schools,this topic puts forward the teaching mode of "Guidance-Learning-Control-and-Evaluation",and is committed to dealing with the practical teaching problems such as "how to guide","how to learn","how to effectively regulate" and "how to evaluate".The teaching mode is a kind of hybrid learning theory online hybrid teaching,cloud class,wisdom tree,QQ teaching media as the carrier,training practice combination of humanistic learning theory under the guidance of "teacher led,students independent learning as the main body" guide the teaching,teachers and students cooperate to complete the teaching task teaching mode.It integrates the advantages of traditional classroom teaching method and online learning.Students customize the learning progress and make full use of online learning resources.The learning process is not limited by time and space,which better makes up for the disadvantages of traditional teaching methods.In the process of research,through the teaching situation of industrial robot operation and programming courses in secondary vocational schools and the characteristics of secondary vocational students,the teaching mode of "Guidance-Learning-Control-Evaluation" was constructed.The teaching process refers to mixed teaching,flipped classroom,multiple intelligence theory and other modes.The specific process includes four teaching links: "Guidance","Learning","Control" and "Evaluation".Teaching resources and task list,timely summary and discovery problems,and online discussion in the "Guidance",important and difficult explanation,individual students to complete teaching tasks;"Control" refers to the effectiveness of classroom management,"Learning " task arrangement and inspection,evaluation and content explanation;"Evaluation" mainly through questionnaire and interview,student self-evaluation and teacher comments.Practice shows that with the development of industrial robot operation and programming course teaching,students ’learning enthusiasm has been significantly improved,the average completion rate of students’ classroom independent learning and daily preview tasks exceeds 80%,students ’participation in various teaching activities and extracurricular competition activities has been improved,and students’ comprehensive ability has been improved.Therefore,the teaching mode of "Guidance-Learning-Control-Evaluation" is more suitable for the teaching practice of related professional courses in secondary vocational schools,and is more conducive to cultivating and shaping high-quality and skilled talents who meet the needs of the development of The Times.
