Teachers’ professional development is very important to improving the quality of education and it is an key factor in education reform, and further more it is the fundamental guarantee for students to develop. With the in-depth development of education reform, promoting the professional growth of teachers is increasingly becoming the core issues of the countries which have involved in the world education reform. Study of teachers’ professional growth, education application discussion opened up a new problem domain, provides a new perspective, many of the concepts of education in the discipline system need to understand and grasp the many problems have gradually emerged to be solved. Education is the common activities of teachers and students, which not only has instrumental value and means value, but also have survival value, purpose and significance of the past, researchers tend to be less concerned about the living conditions of teachers, their quality of life issues. It can be said that the education " return to the living world "provides an opportunity to discuss the concern of teachers’ professional development. Teacher education and life have a kind of relationship, what is the status of the professional life, what kind of features and value, and so these types of issues need to be made rational thinking and the answer.This study uses narrative research methods, through a large number of first-hand information about rural early-childhood teachers’ professional life stories,"panoramic" perspective, and scanning for early-childhood teachers’professional lives, and show real life and the development of rural preschool teachers. On the basis of the narrative, explore the characteristics of professional life and rural preschool teachers how to live a meaningful professional life. The basic content of the study are as follows:Introduction part is about the origin starting from the study discusses the theoretical value and practical value of the professional life of rural preschool teachers, and explore the existing literature on the basis of the research topics of the research rural preschool teachers’ professional life.Chapter I:study design. Professional life and the narrative research has a natural adaptivity. The research principles include three aspects:face the thing itself, emphasizing the experience of narrative features and to emphasize the significance of understanding and Construction. The method of collecting and collating information include depth interviews, observation, literature, law and in-kind collection method. Then, introduce of the research object and the kindergarten. The narrative research is different from the story-telling, at the end of this chapter, Ⅰ try to talk about my narrative logic.Chapter Ⅱ to Chapter Ⅳ:about rural early-childhood teachers’ professional life stories from three dimensions:the dimension of time, the dimension of space, dimension of the relationship.Chapter Ⅱ, time dimension of the rural early-childhood teachers’ professional life stories, described how teacher Cuicui took to the road of early childhood teacher, Cuicui’s day life scan, rural early childhood teachers is how to spend holidays as well as Teacher’s Day.Chapter Ⅲ, the space dimension of rural kindergarten teachers’ professional life stories, from the natural space,the perception of space, the reproduction space three spatial dimensions described in the professional life of teachers. In the natural space, rural kindergarten teachers being in "a fish in the bowl"; perceive space, rural preschool teacher burnout is serious; in the reproduction space, rural kindergarten teachers’ professional life is a closed oriented and one-dimensional technology.Chapter Ⅳ, the relationship dimension of rural kindergarten teachers’ professional life stories, including interpersonal relationships, teachers and teachers with the people around the ethical relationship between herself, teachers and education theory awareness of sexual relations. In a different relationship, rural early childhood teachers have different lifestyles.Chapter Ⅴ:Reflections and recommendations. In this section, Ⅰ reflect the characteristics of the rural kindergarten teachers’professional life, and then the whole research process, including the use of research methods, the good part and lost part of the whole study. Recommendations section discusses rural preschool teachers how to live a meaningful professional life.
