Research On Internal Governance Structure And Model Of Vocational Industrial College

Vocational Industrial College is a new school running organization jointly established,invested and managed by the government,enterprises and other subjects with higher vocational colleges.It plays an important role in improving the quality of talents,optimizing the allocation of resources and promoting the integration of industry and education.With the overall promotion of the construction of Vocational Industrial College,there are some problems in its governance process,such as unreasonable organizational structure and unsatisfactory operation efficiency.The internal governance structure is the key and important content of the internal governance of Vocational Industrial College,which has an important impact on the construction quality of Vocational Industrial College.Scientific and reasonable internal governance structure is conducive to coordinate the power allocation and benefit distribution among multiple subjects,and fully stimulate the organizational advantages of Vocational Industrial Colleges in the construction of industry education integration.Therefore,this study will explore the internal governance structure of Vocational Industrial College.Firstly,based on the resource dependence theory,stakeholder and triple helix theory,governance theory and principal-agent theory,this study systematically demonstrates the internal governance structure of Vocational Industrial College,and constructs the analysis framework of the research on the internal governance structure of Vocational Industrial College.Secondly,using the text analysis method,this paper studies the overall situation of the internal governance structure of Vocational Industrial College,explores the characteristics of the internal governance structure of Vocational Industrial College in terms of generation logic,relationship logic and operation logic,and summarizes the problem performance of the current construction of Vocational Industrial College.Thirdly,using the case study method,this paper studies the practice mode of the internal governance structure of Vocational Industrial College,selects three representative practice modes,analyzes the characteristics and construction focus of each mode,and compares and reflects on the three modes.Finally,based on the main characteristics,problem performance and practice mode of the internal governance structure of Vocational Industrial College,this paper discusses the optimization strategy of the internal governance structure reform of Vocational Industrial College.To sum up,the main conclusions of this study are as follows: first,the internal governance structure of Vocational Industrial Colleges in China has diversified characteristics and laws in generation,relationship and operation.The construction of internal governance structure of Vocational Industrial College has begun to take shape,and each subject carries out the power distribution of diversified governance on the premise of building a community of common destiny.Second,most Vocational Industrial College have not yet formed an independent and sound internal governance structure.The existing problems are: it is difficult to define the ownership of property rights of resources,and the protection of the rights and interests of governance subjects is insufficient;The imbalance of power distribution among multiple subjects leads to the absence of some governance subjects;Governance institutions and institutional guarantees are not perfect,especially the lack of internal supervision institutions;The internal governance structure is too administrative and lacks modern governance mechanism.Third,the internal governance structure of Vocational Industrial College has a variety of practical modes,such as common governance mode,decentralized governance mode and centralized governance mode.Each mode shows the unique power interaction mode of different subjects.Fourth,optimizing the internal governance structure of Vocational Industrial College needs to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the main body of the internal governance structure,clarify the power allocation means of the internal governance structure,and strengthen the supervision and guarantee system of the internal governance structure.
