Graduate Students'achievement Motivation And Entrepreneurial Learning: The Mediator Effect Of Entrepreneurship Values

With the expansion of graduate students enrollment,graduate employment difficuities gradually emerged out. Today in the global economic crisis, the employment situation made even more difficult. For the graduate employment issues, the state promote a business to boost employment, so more and more people concern the entrepreneurial learning of graduate students.This research adopted the methods of literature research and questionnaires survey to study the achievement motivation, entrepreneurship values and entrepreneurial learning of graduate students, and the relationship among of the three variables, and discussed the questionnaire for graduate students entrepreneurship values. This research considering the demographic factors, and by 950 graduate students to investigate, used the statistical methods of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis.In this study, we concluded the following conclusions:Firstly, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis results showed that the scale of entrepreneurship values containing 39 items had high reliability and validity according to the requirements of psychometric.Secondly, the entrepreneurial learning of graduate students had significant positive correlation with achievement motivation entrepreneurship values, and achievement motivation can forecast entrepreneurial learning.Thirdly, the entrepreneurship values of graduate students had mediator effect between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial learning.Fourth, multiple differences in demographic variables such as source place, year, work experience and major, had been found on achievement motivation, entrepreneurship values and entrepreneurial learning. Future research will explore more additional factors which impact entrepreneurial learning of graduate students,and use more research methods to build a more complete model of entrepreneurial learning.
