| Social work is an important part of the modernization of my country’s governance system and governance capacity,and it plays an important role in maintaining social order and achieving common prosperity.my country’s demand for social work is growing,and it is urgent to establish a high-quality social work talent team.However,the attrition rate of social workers in my country has remained high.The problem of the loss of social workers has always plagued the healthy development of the industry.The loss of talents will have an adverse impact on the stability of the social work talent team and the healthy development of the industry.Social workers are an important carrier of social work services and value transmission,and an important subject for social work to achieve service effects and improve service quality.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study social workers’ sense of occupational gain.This paper adopts qualitative research method,conducts in-depth interviews with social workers,and studies social workers’ sense of career gain from the perspective of social workers’ growth.The research shows that: 1.Social workers’ career gain is composed of spiritual gain and material gain,which has an important impact on social workers’ career choices.2.The sense of career gain of social workers in different growth stages presents staged characteristics.According to the knowledge structure,experience and ability difference of social workers,the career growth of social workers can be divided into three stages.That is,the novice stage,the professional stage and the specialization stage.At different stages,social workers show different stage characteristics,need to complete different tasks,face different contradictions,and show different characteristics of career gain.3.Growth is the main driving force for the improvement of social workers’ sense of career gain,and social workers’ sense of career gain has been continuously improved in the process of growth.Based on this,it is suggested to establish a growth-oriented social worker career gain promotion path.From the perspective of individual social workers,it is necessary to improve career awareness and make career plans;face up to work pressure and learn to self-adjust;face up to work pressure and learn to self-adjust.From the perspective of the institution,it is necessary to improve the talent training system,strengthen supervision and support;strengthen the internal governance of the institution,and optimize the growth environment of social workers.From the perspective of the government,it is necessary to improve the social work occupational security system,create growth incentives,and establish a diversified social work professional education and training system. |
