Objectives: In recent years, the party and the state pay more and more attention to children’s constitution and school physical education. However, the trend of overweight and obesity in children is increasing gradually and tends to be younger.Under this background, the aim of this study is to design a more effective and scientific combination training,by exploring the effects of overweight and obese children aged 8-9 years on physical health, motor development level and body composition, etc.,this paper tries to provide more theoretical basis for the program development and practice of reducing fat, improving physical health and movement ability of overweight and obese children. Methods: Sixty overweight and obese children aged 8-9 years were randomly divided into two groups: control group(N = 30,male 15,female 15)and experimental group(N = 30,male 15,female 15),before the experiment, there were no significant differences in body composition, physical fitness test and motor ability between the two groups. In addition to the same routine physical education courses, the experimental group was given 90-minute exercise intervention 5 times a week, mainly with aerobic games and diathesis exercises, the overweight and obese children with central obesity trend were trained with trunk as the main body, and the other children were trained with large muscle group as the main body. After 9weeks,all the indexes of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment and the indexes of the experimental group before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed. The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis software, the results were expressed as mean ± standard deviation. The differences between the groups were compared by independent sample t-test,and the differences between the experimental groups were compared by paired sample t-test.Results:1.After the experiment, the waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio, body fat rate, skin fold thickness of scapula, ilium, abdomen and thigh of the male and female students in the experiment group were obviously decreased compared with those before the experiment, there was significant difference(P & LT;0.05).2.The skinfold thickness of ilium and abdomen of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P& Lt;0.01).3.After the experiment, the vital capacity of the male and female students in the experiment group was significantly higher than that before the experiment(P & LT;0.05),the SBP and DBP of male and female students in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before the experiment(P & LT;0.05).After the experiment, the physical fitness test scores of the male and female students in the experimental group, such as standing long jump,one-minute Sit-up,rope skipping, step test, sitting forward bend and cross quadrant jump, were higher than those of the male and female students before the experiment, there was significant difference(P & LT;0.05).5.After the experiment, the test scores of body displacement, object manipulation and stability movement ability in the experimental group were significantly better than those before the experiment(P & LT;0.05).6.After the experiment, there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group except the rope skipping and standing long jump, other indicators and the experimental group before and after the boys, girls comparative analysis results are consistent.Conclusions:1.The exercise intervention program designed by this research has a positive effect on the weight loss of overweight and obese children, and can significantly improve the body shape of overweight and obese children, especially, the quality exercise with trunk as the main body can obviously improve the children with central obesity tendency.2.The exercise intervention program combining aerobic play and diathesis exercise can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function of overweight and obese children, and provide favorable conditions for long-term physical activity.3.Aerobic games and exercise can improve the strength, endurance, agility and flexibility of overweight and obese children.4.To integrate body movement exercise into aerobic games can better develop the movement ability of overweight and obese children.
