| In China’s modern education system,vocational education schools have been running through the education of the whole era.As an important part of the education industry,vocational education also shoulders the responsibility of promoting the country and society.National infrastructure construction is inseparable from practical talents at the grass-roots level,and vocational education is the cradle of cultivating basic talents.Therefore,vigorously promoting the development of higher and secondary vocational schools not only means improving the comprehensive quality of domestic workers and increasing employment opportunities,but also means improving the speed of national development.This paper constructs a performance appraisal system for teachers of secondary vocational schools in NJ County.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:Taking the original performance appraisal system of teachers in secondary vocational schools in NJ County as the research subject,the survey objects of different positions are selected by means of questionnaires,and the Each unit’s views on the problems and advantages of the existing teacher performance assessment system,combined with the current situation of the school teacher group,based on KPI,Delphi method,and 360-degree assessment methods,set the performance of basic course teaching staff,professional course teaching staff,and class teachers.The new teacher performance appraisal system is applied to the formulation of performance pay,position adjustment and training plan formulation.After the construction of the teacher performance appraisal system of secondary vocational schools in NJ County,a series of feedback mechanisms were established to ensure the normal operation of the appraisal system.At the same time,the weights of appraisal subjects and appraisal indicators were set by the analytic hierarchy process,and then a new appraisal questionnaire was designed.and the overall implementation process and safeguards.The results show that the new NJ county secondary vocational school teacher performance appraisal system not only solves the long-standing performance appraisal problem,but also improves the performance appraisal method.This system is not only suitable for the continuously expanding secondary vocational schools in NJ County,but also for the education system of the times that is constantly changing and innovating,and can provide reference value for other secondary vocational schools. |
