| In recent years,due to the marginalization of labor education in families,schools and society,some young people in China have increasingly prominent problems,such as the decline of physical quality,poor ability to live independently,lack of social adaptability,alienation of labor values and lack of professional responsibility.In the long run,it is unfavorable to the future life of young people and the long-term stable development of society.In 2018,with the emphasizing of labor education at the national education conference,all walks of life strengthened their attention to labor education.“The Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era” and “The Guiding Outline for Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools(for Trial Implementation)” issued in 2020 require all regions and schools to fully open labor education courses,and give the general objectives and contents of labor education,providing policy basis and guidance for labor education.According to the requirements,all regions and schools develop the school-based curriculum of labor education applicable to their own schools,and realize the school-based implementation of the national curriculum of labor education.It is not only to follow the guidelines of national policies,but also to solve the problem of young people’s weak labor quality,promote the all-round development of students and meet the practical demands of students’ personality development.Primary school is a key stage of one’s cognitive development.Strengthening labor education at this stage can have a positive impact on students’ labor cognition,skills,emotion,attitude and quality.Many first-line primary schools have gradually developed and formed a certain number of regional labor education courses with the help of teaching experience,but many of them lack systematic theoretical guidance;Many scholars have also carried out multi-angle theoretical discussion on labor education curriculum,but there is a lack of relevant practical research.The theoretical research of Chinese scholars on labor education curriculum and the practical exploration of school-based curriculum development of labor education in various regions and schools are in a state of separation.Improving the curriculum system of primary school labor education needs the experience integration of the combination of theory and practice.In view of this,this study takes the practical exploration of school-based curriculum development of labor education in Y primary school as the research object,combined with research methods such as literature research,field research and case analysis,and follows the principles of informed consent,respect for confidentiality and friendly mutual assistance.Using the methods of observation,interview and material collection,this paper analyzes the motivation,theoretical perspective and practical state of the curriculum development of the case school,and makes a practical examination and effectiveness evaluation.Explore the characteristics of its curriculum development,extract the influencing factors that play an important role in it,reveal the difficulties faced in the process and put forward suggestions for improvement.Try to analyze the experience of school-based curriculum development of labor education in case schools,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for more regions and primary schools to develop school-based curriculum of labor education.The research shows that the theoretical perspective of the school-based curriculum development of labor education in Y primary school is appropriate.The whole process of curriculum development presents the characteristics of the conceptual framework meeting the needs of multiple subjects,the multi-dimensional construction of goal design,the curriculum content fitting regional resources,the multi-form combination of organizational structure,and the mutual adjustment of implementation strategies.Among them,school concept,multi force,overall planning,teacher group,curriculum resources and curriculum evaluation are important factors affecting the school-based curriculum development of labor education.In addition,the school-based curriculum development of labor education in Y primary school has achieved practical results,such as broadening the channels of students’ all-round development,promoting the research transformation of teachers’ role,accumulating the experience of school curriculum reform,and practicing the concept of integration of five disciplines.At the same time,it is found that there are some practical difficulties in the school-based curriculum development of school labor education,such as weak teachers and superficial curriculum implementation.On this basis,around the scientificity of school-based curriculum development of labor education,the professionalism of teachers of labor education curriculum,the diversity of curriculum content,the long-term mechanism of curriculum evaluation,and breaking through the superficial dilemma of curriculum development and implementation,this paper makes a positive reflection on the suggestions for the optimization of labor education curriculum development.Summarizing the research,the school-based curriculum development of primary school labor education is a practical process of following the values of quality education,implementing the concept of “student-oriented”,and integrating the available resources of the school through multiagent interaction and cooperation.In the process of developing the school-based curriculum of labor education,the school should be practice oriented,strengthen its connection with the values of quality education,pay attention to the combination with the "student-oriented" concept,and improve the integrated utilization of the surrounding resources of the school. |
