Study On The High-quality And Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education In Beipiao Rural Areas

Report on the supervision and evaluation of balanced development of compulsory education in China shows that by the end of 2019,about 95.32 percent counties in China have passed the recognition of balanced development of compulsory education,which marks great achievements have been made in our basic equilibrium and starts to take steps forward toward high-quality balanced development.However,there are still great gaps between regions,cities and rural areas in terms of the allocation of compulsory education resources,the quality of education and teaching.In order to consolidate the achievements and advance the high-quality and balanced development,Beipiao has made great efforts in the allocation of compulsory education resources,the construction of teaching staff,the quality of education and teaching and other aspects.But there are still some shortcomingsBased on the actual situation of balanced development of the rural area compulsory education in Beipiao city,the thesis will understand the practical problems existing in the process of high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education and trace to the resources,then put forward some suitable and feasible methods in pushing forward the process of high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in Beipiao rural regions.Research methods including literature research,comparative analysis and index evaluation method are applied in this paper.Data collection and collation includes the related concepts and theories of compulsory education and research results at home and abroad.An index framework system on the balanced development of compulsory education is established and by analyzing the differences in government investment,school conditions,teaching staff and the quality of education and teaching between Beipiao rural areas,a sort of factors that hamper the process of compulsory education balanced development are found,for example,the differences in the level of economic development,the unbalanced orientation of policies,the incompleteness of teachers’ policies,and the neglect of education.As a result,to promote the high-quality and balanced development of rural compulsory education in Beipiao City,it is supposed to start from three aspects: optimizing the government’s allocation of financial resources for compulsory education,optimizing the allocation of teachers in rural areas and optimizing the allocation of teaching resources in rural areas.
