Research purpose:In recent years,high school students in China have problems of psychological fragility and low ability to resist setbacks.As a result,they are at a loss when faced with a small setback in life,or they face life in a negative way or escape.Improving the ability to resist setbacks will help students courageously face competition and setbacks,reduce negative emotional experiences,and improve students' mental health.This article attempts to intervene the anti-frustration ability of male high school students through red physical education to improve the anti-frustration ability of male high school students.This study applies red physical education to physical education and conducts experimental research on teaching.Research methods:This study uses literature data methods,experimental methods,and mathematical statistics methods to study the anti-frustration ability of male high school students.The "Adolescent Mental Resilience Scale" and "AQ Adversity Quotient Scale" are used as experimental test indicators.A control group(using Conventional teaching)and experimental group(using red sports teaching)for teaching experiments.Use SPSS23.0 software for data statistics and analyze whether red physical education can significantly change the anti-frustration ability of male high school students.Research results:(1)In the dimension of psychological resilience,there were significant differences in target concentration,emotional control,and positive cognition between the pretest and posttest results in the experimental group(p<0.05),and there was no such factor in family support.Significant differences(p>0.05);there were significant differences in the interpersonal assistance factors between the pretest and posttest results of the experimental and control groups(p<0.05).(2)In the inverse quotient dimension,there were significant differences in control,extension,and tolerance factors between the pre-test and post-test results in the experimental group(p<0.05),and there were no significant differences in the attribution factors(p>0.05).(3)There were significant differences in the psychological toughness and inverse quotient dimensions between the pre-test and post-test results of the experimental group and the control group(p<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)Red physical education can more effectively promote the positive change of psychological toughness of male high school students,which is specifically reflected in improving target concentration,emotional control,positive cognition,and interpersonal assistance factors.(2)Red physical education can more effectively promote the positive change of male high school students against quotient,which is manifested in the improvement of control,extension and endurance factors.(3)Red physical education can more effectively promote the positive change of anti-frustration ability of male high school students,which is manifested in improving the dimensions of psychological toughness and adverse quotient.
