| In recent years,with the higher requirements put forward by the state and Society for talent training,college education,as the last checkpoint to transport talents for the society,shoulders a very important responsibility.In this context,it is required that the comprehensive quality of the training objects in Colleges and universities should be comprehensively improved,and the physical education teaching in Colleges and universities needs continuous reform and innovation.Based on the study of American spark course,this thesis applies some ideas,teaching methods and means of spark course to the teaching of tennis course in Colleges and universities in China.Taking the students of four female classes of sophomore in public tennis course of Liaoning Normal University as the experimental object,this thesis consulted a large number of documents on American spark course and the current situation of tennis teaching in Colleges and universities through the method of literature data;According to the actual research situation,the expert interview method and questionnaire survey method are adopted to continuously improve and perfect the experimental scheme;Using the experimental method,two female classes are selected as the experimental class and the other two female classes are the control class.On the basis of tennis class,the experimental class draws lessons from some methods and means of spark course.The control class adopts the traditional teaching method to carry out the teaching experiment for one semester.In addition to analyzing the mastery of sports skills,physical quality changes and physical education learning participation of the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment,This thesis introduces SCL-90 symptom checklist to analyze the mental health level of college girls,and verifies the teaching effect of adding spark course in college tennis class.Through experimental research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In terms of mastery of sports skills,the technical evaluation and standard achievement of the experimental class and the control class have been significantly improved.However,in terms of the comparison after the experiment and the range of progress before and after the experiment,the experimental class is significantly better than the control class,indicating that the application of spark course to tennis class is more conducive to students’ mastery of sports skills.(2)In terms of the change of physical quality,the physical quality of all students has been improved,among which the speed quality(50m running)and strength quality(standing long jump)of the experimental class have been significantly improved.It shows that the application of spark course to tennis after class is all helpful to improve students’ physique,but the development of physical quality is not comprehensive due to the length of course,environment and other factors.(3)In terms of students’ mental health,there are extremely significant differences in the changes of girls’ mental health level before and after the experiment in the experimental class.In contrast,the control class is basically consistent with that before the experiment,which shows that the application of spark course to college tennis class can greatly improve the mental health status of girls in Colleges and universities,especially students’ depression,anxiety,interpersonal relationship and other problems.(4)In terms of sports participation,both the experimental class and the control class have improved after the experiment,but the improvement of each dimension of the experimental class is better than that of the control class,which shows that the application of spark course to tennis class can help students fundamentally solve the problems of sports interest,sports motivation and sports participation,and better cultivate students’ awareness of lifelong sports.(5)In terms of teaching effect,the results show that the identification degree of the experimental class is better than that of the control class in all dimensions,but a small number of students hold a hesitant attitude in learning effect and interest improvement,indicating that the application of spark course to college tennis course needs to be more perfect,more comprehensive and more specific. |
