Research On Educational Game Design For Parent-child Interaction

Parent-child interaction is the interaction activity between parents and children.It is the basis of children’s family education activities and plays an important role in children’s development.Educational game is an educational game software with the purpose of education and the carrier of electronic games.As a new educational media,if it can be scientifically and reasonably applied,it will be of great benefit to the growth of contemporary children.In the actual use of educational games,children usually need the supervision and help of parents.Considering the lack of high-quality interactive experience between parents and children,this study organically combines parent-child interaction with educational games,constructs a design framework,and designs and develops game examples on this basis.This study focuses on the design research method,supplemented by literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to carry out the research on the design of educational games for parent-child interaction.The main research work is as follows:In the part of theoretical research,by combing the relevant research in the field of educational games and parent-child interaction,this paper clearly defines the two core concepts of educational games and parent-child interaction,analyzes the common cases of parent-child interaction and existing educational games at home and abroad,and discusses the rationality and advantages of the combination of educational games and parent-child interaction;In the part of design research,according to the theoretical research results,this paper puts forward the design principles to be followed by the game,constructs the design framework and expounds the design strategy as the basis for the development of this kind of game;In the empirical research part,a game example "happy fruit and vegetable town" is designed and developed to verify the rationality of the design framework.Through the implementation of the game,it is proved that the educational game for parent-child interaction can optimize the learning experience,develop high-level ability and enhance parent-child relationship.It is a feasible path for parent-child interaction in current family education.
