With the changing rules of international aerobics, aerobics athletic stunt innovations are constantly emerging, and power quality is a critical part of all movements are difficult to be done based on power quality, strength largely determines the quality of athletic performance, therefore, Aerobics athletes must have excellent strength quality. During training, the athletes in order to achieve better results, carry large loads of difficult training, and constantly challenge their own limits, in order to break their own, but brings with it a series of sports injuries, how better to Aerobics project effective injury prevention has become a major problem faced by the majority of coaches and athletes.Functional strength means to enhance muscle work capacity and efficiency of the overall purpose of emphasizing the torso strength and stability of a supporting role in the small muscles around the joints groups.This study sports injury prevention point of view, the characteristics Aerobics project to China division institute2011Physical Education32aerobics students as experimental subjects to physical function of strength training on the prevention of Aerobics injury the role of research carried out experiments, according to the findings concluded that:1.
