Badminton is a sports activity characterized by explosive force and strong antagonism,so it is easy to cause sports fatigue when playing badminton.College students’ awareness of fatigue elimination after sports training is weak.If proper muscle relaxation is not carried out after exercise,it is easy to cause negative effects on students’ bodies,so it is particularly important to choose ways to eliminate fatigue.As a relatively new relaxation method,the foam shaft relaxation method has the advantages of simple operation,high utilization efficiency,no environmental impact,and good relieving effect on muscle fatigue.Therefore,this paper introduces the method of eliminating fatigue with foam shaft into the process of eliminating fatigue of badminton students,and makes an experimental comparison with the conventional method of eliminating fatigue.To observe the influence of foam shaft on the physical quality of students in special classes.Let badminton fans know its importance for fatigue elimination,and lay a theoretical foundation for the promotion of foam shaft.This paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview and experiment.The experiment determines the indexes of sports fatigue evaluation from four dimensions: physiology,psychology,biochemistry and physical fitness: 8 indexes including heart rate,subjective fatigue scale,blood lactic acid and standing long jump.20 badminton students of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education,Grade 2018,were selected as experimental subjects.The experimental group was relaxed by foam shaft,while the control class was relaxed by routine.The experimental subjects were taught for 4 weeks according to the teaching plan.The results are as follows:(1)Test the maximum heart rate in the quiet state,after warm-up,during training,and immediately after training.There was no significant difference in heart rate between the experimental group and the control group.However,there was significant difference in heart rate after relaxation intervention.(2)In the blood lactic acid test,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at rest and immediately after exercise,but there was significant difference after relaxation intervention.(3)There was no significant difference in subjective fatigue scale between the experimental group and the control group in the quiet state,after warm-up and immediately after training,but there was significant difference after the intervention experiment.(4)Standing long jump,taking off in situ,touching the height,running 10 times with low center of gravity,and skipping rope for one minute have significant differences after the experimental relaxation intervention.Research conclusions:(1)Compared with conventional stretching,foam shaft relaxation can recover the heart rate after training more quickly,so foam shaft is more effective in relieving lower limb fatigue than conventional stretching.(2)The elimination rate of blood lactic acid of students in special classes after class is higher than that of routine relaxation,so the effect of foam shaft on eliminating lower limb fatigue is better than that of routine relaxation.(3)Compared with the control group,the experimental group feels more relaxed about subjective fatigue after badminton special class,which indicates that the foam shaft relaxation method has a better effect on the recovery of lower limb fatigue of badminton special students.(4)Compared with conventional relaxation methods,foam axis relaxation has a positive effect on the recovery of lower limbs’ explosive power,sensitivity and other sports abilities.
