Research On Optimization Of Safety Production Management System Of N Company

In recent years,China's major and especially major accidents have been significantly curbed.However,the general accident and the larger accident are large base,and the safety situation still cannot be ignored.In the past five years,serious and major production safety accidents have occurred frequently in the chemical industry and construction industry.It seriously damages the safety of life and property,affects social stability and hinders social and economic development.Therefore,the work of safe production management is highly valued by the state,and relevant ministries and commissions continuously improve the top-level design and supervision measures of relevant systems.However,due to the poor work safety foundation and weak supervision ability in China,there is still a blind spot in the work safety management.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on the safety management system of organizations and various aspects of enterprise safety production management,and have made some achievements.By consulting more than 200 domestic and foreign literatures in the past 10 years,and selecting more than 70 articles which are close to my research topic for key research,this paper will sort out and summarize the existing research results.In my inaugural N company engaged in safety production management experience,on the basis of a corporation as the analysis of the current situation of safety production management system,using interview survey research methods,such as the current to the company safety production management system to conduct a comprehensive combing and in-depth exploration,so the real find existing problems,and combined with the essential safety related theory,scientific analysis was carried out on the question reason,finally,to explore the different management system can merge key elements in the index optimization problems of the existing system of ascension.This article focus on N company existing safety production management system,analyzes the present situation of the big six dimensions found the company in person for management and administration of production safety factor of safety production management two aspects to do relatively insufficient,there is room for improvement,thus put forward "the construction company safety culture system" and "optimize company production safety management evaluation index system of"two optimization scheme,system framework established company safety culture construction,and puts forward the key construction tasks and key construction project,designed the evaluation index system of safety production management and scientific index weight,More effective for the company in the safety culture and safety production management assessment to provide a reference solution.It will also provide a basis for the company's continuous improvement of production safety management level,and provide reference for further research in this field.
